Our server was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere seemed pleasant but we had a scrambled egg dish and omelette with baguette. The eggs were incredibly dry, overcooked seemed like they were cooked in a mold. The baguette was cold like it recently came out of the fridge. If you’re going to do French food—you’re gotta do a good omelette and offer a decent bread product.

I went around lunch time to try something new that I always pass when traveling down the road. The Friand which is a mushroom chicken puff pastry appetizer was pretty decent. I wish the pastry was more flaky and the food was served hot . The curry chicken pot pie was not curry in my opinion and needed salt and pepper. That dish needs to be revamped and served again . Also the pastry on the pot pie was really hard and not flaky practically rubbery. Also they gave me way too much salad for two dishes it’s like they put a whole bag on both dishes. I would love to try this place again in the future. Also for one person you looking to spend 40 dollars which in my opinion is a lot and not worth the 40 dollars being spent.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Our server, Marine, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. Her energy and professionalism truly elevated the evening. The Provençale pasta was absolutely delicious, with flavors that stood out in every bite. It had a rich, satisfying taste that made it hard to put the fork down. Everything was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Between the incredible service and the unforgettable dish, this was easily a five-star dining experience!

I’ve now gone here twice and had drastically different experiences. First time was just to get bread and desserts, and it was AMAZING. Service was fast, food was great! It made us decide to go in for lunch the next day based on the delicious sounding menu, but that’s where the good ended.
We arrived just before quarter to 12, got our order in quick (we were the second table so they weren’t busy, and had our order in around 11:50) and we only had 4 dishes ordered. We didn’t get our food until 12:40 when literally all the additional tables that were seated after us got their food too. It’s like the kitchen decided to hold our food until everyone in the restaurant could eat, as the server was practically running to get all the tables their food right after ours, and half of our dishes were cold (who wants to eat a cold french dip?).
The menu is set up for success, and the server was obviously feeling bad (she let us know it should only be a couple more minutes around 12:20) but the kitchen staff was the driver of this failure. And seeing every other table with half empty drinks staring at the kitchen, just waiting for their food, I suspect we’re not the only ones who think this way.
Probably would’ve been fine if we ordered ahead to go, but we’re not going to risk it again.

We’ve been coming to Rendezvous for brunch on weekends and lunch for several years now, and it never disappoints! The staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely personal. They interact so warmly with our family, remembering little details and making us feel truly welcome, like we’re dining at home with loved ones.

Met a colleague for a business meeting here. First time at this restaurant that had been recommended to me by a friend. It was the perfect place for not only a meeting, but for a meal. We arrived at 11:35am and so just missed the breakfast menu. However, the lunch menu was very good. We were able to order what we preferred for brunch.
The atmosphere is relaxing and calm. The staff was very pleasant, accommodating, and checked on us frequently. The ham and cheese omelette and home potatoes were filling and had good flavors. The French onion soup was well made and true to taste. And the quiche was, as well. Good place for some French cuisine.
One marker of a good restaurant is how well the bathrooms are maintained. The ones here have been remodeled and were very clean. This certainly influences how I view a place.
Overall, a very nice local restaurant that has been there for 17 years, yet you wouldn’t know it. If you’re in the area, stop by and visit. I know I’ll be visiting again.

Our party of seven was seated immediately. The waiter greeted us within two minutes. He answered any questions about the menu. The food ( generous portions) was served in a good timeframe. A very good first time experience! We will add to our regular restaurants to dine.
