I don’t know why I keep thinking this Chipotle will right the ship. Did an online order for pickup 2 bowls and a quesadilla. The bowls were fine however the quesadilla was burned badly! What irritated me the most was the person that made it had to have known it was burnt because the burnt side was turned down, so when I bit into it I got a mouthful to say the least! Mgmt really needs to address the obvious lack of standards of service.

FOR YOUR HEALTH DO NOT GO HERE! Read whole review for your safety and health! In my attached pic I boxed in green the island that they use to transfer and prepare food. In the pic it may look further back but that’s because I stepped back in order to take the snap. I didn’t want my server to think I was taking a pic of her. In reality that island is just 4.5-5 ft away. Periodically it gets dirty with food debris and the employee then coats the entire island with an industrial spray cleaner. The problem is that this industrial cleaner is a strong spray and I can visibly see the aerosols getting kicked up in the air! It can EASILY float to the food 4-5 ft away. And when there’s a line of customers they semi assemble your food in the assembly line. That brings your food even closer to the aerosols and it just sits there. I was going to record a vid of them spraying but I’m not really the type to take pics or vids of employees (I should have). I threw away the top layer of my bowl that was exposed but honestly this is ridiculous. This location has a complete disregard for the public’s health and zero common sense. That spray cleaner should be nowhere near food and especially not 4 FEET AWAY. I’ve seen this happening TWICE now at this location. This is one of the ways people get cancer. It happens when man-made things that should never go into our body enters the body. BEWARE!

spent almost 50 dollars for a bowl and a burrito the burrito was huge and was only 9.50 while my bowl which i got charged 12 dollars for when i did not have carne asada i had steak and barbacoa and asked for half steak and half barbacoa not for extra meat not to mention i didn’t have rice or beans i had meat lettuce cheese and sour cream and queso bcs i don’t like their rice or beans and still payed 12$ for this? it was cold and nasty and you can’t even call and speak to anybody it’s just an automatic voice so they can avoid problems they cause because they don’t know how to ring up a order correctly. Workers attitudes are disgusting too all of them mad at having to do their jobs embarrassing

I ordered the chicken burrito bowl to pick up. I picked it up early brought it home which is 5min away & it was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The rice & chicken were cold. I got an extra burrito on the side which was raw. The only thing edible was the sour cream. This was absolutely disgusting. What happened to Chipotle? It used to be soooo good. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!

Just got home ready to eat took one bit and notice a insect in my food. It was alive and after working 14 hours I do not want to go back and drive all the way to return it. I do not even want to eat from there again. Ruined my whole appetite.

I frequent Chipotle often, but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered to go and when I got home and started eating I could tell that a lot of the white rice was very raw. It wasn’t soft and cooked like the rest. It was gritty. I tried to call them to complain and it was impossible because of the automated message. Such a pain. I hope they received many complaints online or directly at the store because they deserved them. I sent a complaint and am waiting to hear back from the company.

My burrito was fine I guess this time around, but there were some workers loudly talking shit and stirring up drama right in front of me. Made me super uncomfortable. And then the cashier made a mistake and overcharged me, it seemed like they were distracted by the conversation. I’ve had experiences with burnt/cold food here before and I’ve always been understanding because I know it can be hard to stay on top of everything. But if your workers are really just going to be standing around and making customers uncomfortable with their loud mouths & bad vibes INSTEAD of doing their jobs, what reason is there to come back? It’s clear there is a lack of effort being put forward and some workplace drama that needs to be sorted out

Lesson learned! Never order for pick up! They gave me a burrito with nothing but rice! This has to be a joke. There was literally a drop of sauce and 1 bean in a random spot of the burrito….whoever was working the pickup order line (2 black females) around 7:30pm on December 6, 2024 needs to be fired. I even offered one of the ladies a tip because i assumed they were working hard
My husband also got a bowl in which they didn’t even give him meat but luckily he got a lot more than I did!

There is one woman working the line at this location today, Valentine’s Day, who absolutely should not be working in hospitality. When asked for simple things like sour cream on the side, she rolled her eyes, and was very rude. The Harker Heights location often does not have all of their ingredients, but at least the location is clean and usually service is good. Today, that woman was absolutely beyond rude. I don’t know what’s going on in her personal life, but it’s not appropriate to roll your eyes and be rude to customers who are being perfectly polite to her.

I went in to get takeout they were busy but not overwhelming about 6 people in line ahead of me. I ordered a bowl to go and by the time I got home the food had broke though the bottom of the container and soaked through the bag it ended up in my driveway! The employee acted rushed and was just sloppily making my bowl I’m sure it was from the liquid from the meat the place was a mess and I probably won’t be going back it was a waste of money and time
