We ordered pork hock and we received raw meat (see photo attached).
We asked for explanations to the waiter and he told us that it had been cooked for 4 hours in the oven. We replied that it was not possible as the meat was clearly raw and also difficult to cut. We refused to eat it, but still we had to pay for it.

After a long day of cycling and feeling tired and weary, we found this charming and welcoming restaurant for dinner. With a lovely timbered outdoor eating area it was a perfect spot for admiring the town and enjoying delicious Alsatian region home cooked meals and local wines. My potatoes served in a creamy sauce with smoked bacon and Munster cheese were delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was the perfect place to relax. The bill for the meal was even presented in a small timber box much to our delight.

Despite been located in a touristic location, food is overpriced considering its quality and amount. The environment is very nice. Avoid dinning in the top floor close to the kitchen door, it smells cigarettes. The staff was extremely kind and polite

One day, we had a dinner outside – tasty food and the waiter was ok. The next day, we wanted to have some drinks and dessert inside, the have seated us and during the order, when the waitress found out we dont wanna have meals as well, she got very angry and told us we were let inside by mistake. She received our order though, delivered it and since then, nobody showed a slight little interest in us, so finally, we asked for a receipt and left. We felt very uncomfortable and i wouldnt go there anymore.
