Was told they couldn’t make my burger because they supposedly ran out like an 1hr15min before they close and they said they couldn’t cook the burger!! What a joke like people work nights and i was so heated i just asked for my money back and drive off. This place is a joke.

Chicken wrap use to be perfect. Nice and WARM and the exact amount of sauce.
But in the last few weeks the chicken on the wrap is cold room temperature and the whole sandwich cold like it was thrown together without care. ALSO they’re not putting VERY LITTLE sauce. It’s dry and hard to swallow now. Today we ask them for sauce on the side HAVING TO DO IT OURSELVES. Management issue training needed. We’re not sure that we’re going back.

This place is bad people..the tall guy there I guess he’s the manager but what a really bad attitude to customers..I never thought that they would talk to people they way he did . Never going back to this place.

The service was much better this time around. Plus it was half off Blizzard day! I may have had a lapse in my medicine for the previous google review.
The vanilla shake I ordered is very good! However I just we got $20 back in quarters, so I had to use it up and decided to buy my kids ice cream. The order was $10.12 and when I handed the lady handful of quarter she looked at me, almost disgustingly, and says “oh Lord” very rudely. She was about to hand me the ice cream until she saw all the change I was putting together for her and closed the window until she could completely count it out, making sure I wasn’t “shortchanging her“ is it that hard to count 40 quarters? I did it in about 10 seconds!! By the time she handed me the ice cream was halfway melted, because God for bid I drive off before she counts out the exact change. I am an honest man!

Some of the worst servicesince COVID started. My wife and I went to the DQ in Picayune on 09.19.2022 at about 6:46 pm. We went inside to order and eat in store. One of the employees was at a table eating. Two others were working in the kitchen. Never once did anyone come out to take our order. One of the ladies did make eye contact twice. The girl at the table looked up from her cell phone and ignored us. After what seemed like 5 minutes we left. Never once did any one there say we’re busy and will be right with you or give us any courtesy whatsoever. We Went next-door to sonic where we got great food and outstanding service.

Service is always friendly! Food is always fresh and hot. Their burgers are the best and are always hot. Onion rings and sides are super good and always hot as well. I wish they would bring back those sweet and spicy chicken tenders they had in 2017 but regardless, their food, service and ice cream is always amazing. Will always come back.

The food is okay. The only enjoyable things are the chili cheese fries and the chicken strip baskets, and even then the chicken often looks like sad little chicken nubs and the fries taste old and it’s just bits and pieces. Recently ordered some chili cheese fries and they covered my fries up with a napkin which was unfortunate because all my cheese had stuck to my napkin when I went to take it off. The workers are nice. But it doesn’t deserve to be as expensive as it is.
