I have not had Pizza Hut in over 12 years. Their pizzas are ok. I would say that I enjoyed their
Wings and would prefer it over their pizzas. The service at the location was exceptional and professional. I was charged a certain amount on the phone and when I arrived at the drive thru window to pick my order, I received a discount. Big thank you! Free parking surrounding the building. I ordered my phone via phone call and the time given was on point.

We ordered through the app, and once we arrived to pick up our orders, they’re all so hot and freshly made. I love the amount of toppings on each pizza we had, but the fries I’d say, was a little amount than I expected.. Anyway, the garlic sauce is so delicious, and so are the rest of our orders.

I ordered off the Pizza Hut app, took an 1 hour to arrive. Once the food had arrived, one pizza looked fresh and the other look like it was just reheated. Unacceptable. I also purchased with a deal and asked for a refund, and was only refunded the amount for one pizza. The deal was, buy a pizza, get one free.

They gave me old food today and the on shift manager told me this. Cold, hardly any cheese or sauce. Old hard chicken with no sauce. I had to bring the food back for her to see then wait another 10 minutes to get 4 pepperoni and 8 pieces of sausage. The food was gross and the customer service was worse. Time, gas and money wasted.

I usually dine in at Westerville Pizza Hut but today they weren’t taking dine in orders so we went to the Dublin Granville location and the pizzas were phenomenal as was the honey barbecue bone out wings. Deshaun has the best store in columbus area. Keep up the good work

For those of you Wondering where I got these pictures I was a worker a shift manager only worked 2 days and had enough. I was told that I need to drop chicken in the black oil you see provided in the pictures. And to filter it the store manager wanted me to filter it in the nasty stuff that’s been there what looks like for months. The trash can you see has mold and maggots in the bottom of it. There make table is completely crossed contaminated as in there is white sauce Inside of the pizza sauce and pizza sauce in the white sauce. He wanted me to use these thin crust large and medium and serve that nasty stuff to the customers. And as for the tomatoes and the jalapenos they were as slimly as can be and if you look closer you can see the clear stuff that’s growing in the jalapenos and the mold that is forming. Please don’t eat here, and if you have I’m deeply sorry this place is a joke. People still comment about how gross they are. SMH

I love pizza hut, and it does very by location. I’ve not been to this pizza hut in a couple of years, and back then, it was nicer, I was there a couple of days ago (Saturday, March 11, 2023) food was good but customer service was ok. The employee seemed antsy when we asked him a question. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and it was dirty and disgusting. Floors were sticky, the mirror was dirty, and the toilet brush was on the floor, and the toilet itself was gross and the sink was dirty that I didn’t even want to wash my hands, but I did. The toilet paper wasn’t even in the toilet paper holder. This pizza hut location can do better, and if they don’t, they will lose customers. I’m giving it 3 stars because even though the restrooms were gross, the food tasted delicious, and everything was hot and fresh.

Just wanted to write a review about a very sweet employee at this location and I wish we would’ve got his name. My mom and I were volunteering to do a litter clean up around the neighborhood and surrounding area. We had been cleaning up 161 area for a while and later drove down to park in the Pizza Hut parking lot to clean up that side of 161. We got out of the car and he started talking to us out of the drive through window. Said we were welcome to park there and said he appreciated what we were doing and then said we could use the dumpsters when we were done. After cleaning up that side for a while, he came out to us with a small pizza box and said he just made it for us for working so hard. That was so sweet and we really appreciated it. The pizza was amazing and it was a combination I never would’ve tried myself but might be my new favorite now, Chicken, sausage, and red peppers.

This place need to get it together,I just move over here and I call to make an Oder to get the right pizza I want for my kids and all the person was concerned about is to get my phone number and Oder stuff I might not want on the pizza,that’s beyond sad cause every customer should be respected instead of trying to hurry them of the line .
