The ice cream labeled “cookies and cream” has no cookies in it. I bought a 1/2 gallon tub. When I got home I realized it has no oreo cookie pieces in it. (See attached photos).They refused a refund when I called them over the phone, and did not respond to emails. We won’t go back. This should be refunded.

Deliciously sweet and creamy ice cream! I love that they have the allergy information listed with the flavors. I will say I was disappointed that most of the tables hadn’t been wiped down. Otherwise, it’s a cute place to grab some great ice cream at an awesome price!

Very friendly staff, very affordable scoops, variety of flavors (southern cherry was new for me), cute decorations, my daughter & I enjoyed our stop. It’s a very rich ice cream, huckleberry flavor was a bit sweeter than what I had tried in West Yellowstone! (I prefer less sweet). Shout out to the young lady who helped us, very friendly & professional!

We have used Reeds dairy for around 12 years for home delivery. We also periodically visited Both stores at lunch or a cone. we operated the Zoo food stand for five years , sold tons of reeds ice cream cones lots of creamy flavors. I love Reeds dairy. Regards James Lee

The staff is very friendly and concerned about the customers. The grilled sandwiches are very good. If you have a chocolate milkshake made with their chocolate milk and chocolate ice cream, you will think you’ve died and gone to Heaven.
