I’m glad I stumbled across this place. It’s my go-to when I didn’t bring in lunch, but don’t want fast food. The staff is friendly. The selection is pretty broad. They are thoughtful about their ingredients. I like most of the dishes I’ve tried. They do need to look at broadening their sauce options That come with the mail. And their macaroni and cheese definitely needs some work (like really). Maybe mixing in a few blue cheese crumbles will add some life to it without screwing up the macros too much.

Redefine is so good! The food was fresh, flavorful, and you can tell everything is made with quality ingredients. The portions were perfect and everything tasted clean but still really satisfying.

Originally ordered a different meal, but it was sold out. I felt like having pasta as I hadn’t had in quite some time. Had the chicken, pasta, pesto, cucumbers, mozzarella cubes, cherry tomatoes. It was great, but the chicken surprised me bc it was hard as if not too fresh. I will return to try other dishes as this experience will not dissuade me.
