Seriously, best Wendy’s in the metro. Great staff, food always comes out hot before I can fill my drink. If you know the story of Dave Thomas the founder, these guys exemplify his values every time I order.
I will always skip McD’s, Culver’s etc. to show this particular location some love because these guys deserve support.

The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, which makes the experience enjoyable. The burgers are decent overall, though the freshness of the buns can sometimes affect the quality. Since the remodel, the atmosphere feels a bit sparse and sterile, lacking the warmth and inviting vibe it once had.

Used to enjoy coming here, never had a problem until today. My order had 3 things messed up. Wrong drink, missing nugget, wrong burger, and was treated with attitude and back talk when I tried to get my order fixed. And when I opened my burger I had grease drip all over my pants which is very gross.

I’ve been there 2 days in row. And each time the drinks were watery, the nuggets were not fresh, they were hard. And the burgers looked dry or reheated instead of fresh.

This Wendy’s never seems very busy. Even so, I’m glad it is here because I love their spicy nuggets. This Wendy’s always slaps. The employees are chill and I always get my nuggets fresh. Yall are doing great here.

Sometimes it is possible to get a good deal on two chicken sandwiches… And most other times, it is overpriced. Employees never seem very happy; but given all the instructional signs for customers, I can only imagine the level of micro-management inside. Also, a cheeseburger has cheese. A hamburger does not. This, in fact, is the difference. Thank you.

Went and order a #2 and 2 #7s. We went through the drive thru. We got all 3 drinks and 3 fries and 2 sandwiches. We live 15 min away. When I called the guy asked me to come back and get it. Seriously wasn’t offered to be sent coupons or anything other than come back and get a new sandwich. I spent $46 on this… please do better! For the amount of money it cost you should be double checking orders. I would have been fine if I would have gotten a wrong sandwich but not to receive 3 was a disappointment.
