I decided to open A-Town Burgers & Brews because it was something Alliance was lacking. I focused on Alliance nostalgia for the decor — choosing black and white prints of old Alliance buildings and businesses to remind diners of yesteryear. “My overall goal is to give Alliance the crave-able experience of a delicious three-blend burger, give homage to Alliance and bring a little bit of nostalgia back but with a modern twist.” The building has been a number of businesses over the years like L & K, Ike’s Restaurant, Denny’s, Joy Boys, including WaaDaa Hot Dog Shop complete with a giant hot dog on its roof.The new restaurant is going strong, offering a burger of the month, a large craft beer selection and menu options related to Alliance.

The venison burger was awesome.
Wings are pricey, but hey it’s crazy everywhere. The wing sauce is amazing.
We got the vindaloo and it was good spice and flavor not too much curry like almost done for me in the level I like it.
The pizza burger was a little bit of a miss, didn’t quite measure up.
Service was pretty good and friendly.

I’d heard great things from people in the Alliance area so I thought I’d give it a try.
I mean this was a Great experience! Cute place. Very clean. Socially distant with barriers and plenty of separation.
Happy and friendly staff, great with recommendations and specifics so that we were a low to find the perfect meal for each of us.
I highly recommend the tomato burger. They make a homemade tomato jelly that I would eat on about anything, but that specifically made this Steak burger sing in my mouth. It was delicious.
I’m gonna quote myself for emphasis; “It was delicious”
The A-Town sides were fantastic as well. I had the sweet potato fries with their special dipping sauce on the side and I know I’m gonna crave these this combination sometime in the near future. They were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside and with a dab of the cinnamon butter sauce, they melted in your mouth.
They serve some alcohol but I was there at lunch and didn’t look at exactly what’s available.
They also have a “Milkshake of the month”. This month is Mint/Chocolate Chip. Didn’t try it. May have to stop back soon to have one.
DEFINITELY suggest this place as a good foodie joint. Give it a try. In fact if you’re anywhere within an hour drive away, take in some nice weather and drive over.

Great food. Yes it’s a bit pricy. But the food is Soo worth it. We came for the Beatles pinball game but stayed for the food. Not very busy for lunch which is a shame

This has got to be one of the best burger joints around, I had literally everything on the menu, including their new jumbo bone in wings, and boneless wings, and everything they have is fantastic. And also in the summer they have a separate menu for hotdogs and they are awesome. The beer selection is top notch and local. Frank is one hell of an owner being there every day with his workers making sure quality is upheld. I absolutely love this place. #1 for me in Alliance, ohio and since they got the wings, I will not be going back to b-dubs.

Parking is excellent. I got a small salad instead of french fries for $1 more, and it was simply outstanding. They have lots of special burgers and beers. My burger was fine. Not very cheap, $19 for lunch, but it was good. (They do have specials).

A great new burger joint in Alliance. The burgers are fantastic. They are favorable and juicy. I got the Crossing Burger I believe its called. Most burgers are 1/2 pound while this one is a full pound and comes topped with an egg. The onion rings we a little greasy as the only issue but still very good. The beer selection is excellent. Definately left full and satisfied.

So disappointed, I have not been this dissatisfied in a long time. I kept hearing how good these burgers were so I decided to give it a try. I had the lunch burger the meat is not fresh it look like the burgers we use to get in school, there was barely any cheese on the burger and it was hard, the home cut fries were no better. Also, ordered the butter burger, meat was a little better but again it’s not fresh hamburger meat like I was expecting especially for a burger that is over $15.
