We were seated almost immediately. The service was slow but not more than everywhere these days. The burgers were ordered well done but came pink in the middle. I had the Royal Red Robin burger and the white of the egg was dripping all over my fries. I ordered the beer cheese and it tasted good but was so small I won’t order it again. The first fries were cold and small, the second fries were delicious #secondfriesfirst

The 1st point of customer contact is terrible. No eye contact, no conversation, led to a table, menues set down, and they walk away. Grooming and being tidy is apparently a fight management doesn’t take on. Our waitress at our last visit was pleasant and attentive. We’ve been here 3 times now, and it keeps getting worse. The place across from here we tried and the food and staff are much better. Bye-bye, birdie..

As soon as we walked in we were seated. The place was packed full of families. It was 5:30-6:00 p.m. on a Friday. I wanted to order Chili and sweet potatoes and was told 20-25 minutes later that they ran out of Chili so I decided to get the Cheesy Fondue Cheeseburger with Zucchini Fries. I got my food 20 or so minutes after my son and husband got their food. My son’s food was cold to the touch. I always check for food temperature since I have worked in restaurants before it’s just something I do naturally. My husband’s food was cold as well. The manager did apologize that they ran out of chili he was very professional and courteous. Our waiter was charming and very attentive. We did receive bottomless lemonade. When I did get my food it was hot. The restaurant general manager did offer up dessert on the house. The customer service was exceptional. But the food was very cold for the rest of my family. I also noticed that the place was extremely crowded and wasn’t following Covid-19 (6 feet apart) wasn’t being practiced at this establishment. There were people at every single table with no space between families. By the time I was halfway eating I was ready to go it was so busy crowded and loud. But overall the customer service was the best so far in 2021.

Service was horrible. Sat waiting 20 minutes. Table was sticky with pieces of fries on it. We used hand sanitizer and our napkins to wash the table. Ketchup was on the seat. Kept being told our waitress was “over there”. They would wave to a table were 1 lady was eating while wrapping napkins over silverware for future guests. The other lady would look over at us and look away and talk to her. Finally I stopped someone and asked if we could get water while we waited. 30 minutes goes by. I stopped a lady asked if she could turn on the electronic machine so we could order our apps. She said it’s off what do u need and walked away. Came back about 10 minutes later. Took our order after explaining she was not ours. Put the whole order in for us. Left. Food and apps came out at the same time. Water came 10 minutes later by another worker. A big group was coming in so they needed to make a nearby table longer. She banged into my chair. Sighed and asked “Could u move I need by”. So I stood up moved in between 2 tables. Then as I’m standing there waiting for them to pass. I get hit between my lower butt cheeks. And she chuckles. Doesn’t say sorry but shoves the tables together and leaves shaking her head. I had a bruise for 4 days. We finished our meal and waited once again for the check. Another lady came by and printed it out after we asked. We had to walk to the kitchen area to pay cause no one came back. Food was good. Service was bad

We came to dine in, there was no one up front we waited a bit, watched employees juat look at us, until the hostess showed up, she said she had to check the dining room and would be right back. While we waited, we had a clear view of the kitchen. There were 2 or so employees throwing food at each other while they worked on customers’ food. When the hostess came back, we said we changed our mind due to them throwing food.

Went to Red Robin for dinner, left feeling dirty and gross. Our booth had plexi glass that was COVERED in kiss marks mixed with pieces of food and greasy finger prints, who knows the last time it’s been cleaned. I’m not someone who cares much about germs but that was genuinely disgusting. Our menus were greasy, the silverware and plates came out wet which is I guess positive since it meant they were clean but it still got the table and napkins wet, the bathrooms were kinda gross and out of paper towels, the host was rude, the only saving grace was the fries, kids balloons, and the waitress who was nice enough. For almost $75 for 2 adults and one child it was disappointing.

Absolutely unacceptable. Tonight my family placed an order for two overpriced pizzas from Donatos through UberEats. After placing the order, we realized this was coming from Red Robin and we decided to give it a shot. Over two hours later we finally were delivered two cold, disgraceful looking pizzas. At first we were told the pizzas were waiting on the driver. Then we were told the driver was waiting on the pizzas because of the “dinner rush.” Nevertheless, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had through UberEats and Red Robin. I definitely don’t ever recommend ordering pizza from a burger place because you will be embarrassed to receive the most unassuming, square pieces of cardboard to serve your family.

This place is Awesome! I always have a blast here. The food is awesome for the cost. If you want a good time, every time, sit at the bar and speak to Hannah….she will have you laughing and you will have fun every time she is working! The drinks are fresh and super tasty! There is a reason you will say YUMMMM when you visit this Red Robin!
