Peyton was an excellent server/bartender. I was helped right away at about 11am and she got me refills on my drink and fries very promptly.
As always the food was great and she didn’t make me feel self-conscious about choosing to fill up on fries and take my burger home.
I spoke to the manager, Courtney, and she was very quick to come out and talk to me. Courtney was delighted to hear nice things about her staff.

Man do I gotta shout out to my boy ben for HOOKING ME UP! I mean like every time bro came buy he was offering drinks! also can I just say top tier memorization on that guy bro remembered a full tables worth of drinks. And dont even get me started on the food like ive never eaten a meal and been so wowed. Thanks for making it a night to never forget. P.S Highly recommend the root beer floats

This experience was interesting to say the least — when entering we were immediately sat down. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to ask what we would like to drink which was okay cause she was busy with all the other tables in the main area of the restaurant. She was sweet and clearly pregnant; she was one of the very few staff members I witness actively working. The main thing that caught my eye is my sister and I had been waiting for our food and I could not stop staring at all the used tables surrounding us. It took over 30 minutes for anyone to address cleaning these tables and by the time we had left, there were still unclean tables. I understand being understaff but it was transparent there was plenty of staff standing by and around the kitchen talking that could’ve helped clean. Shout out to our pregnant waitress for serving/checking in on guests and also helping clean those tables (the only reason this review is not 1 star).

Literally the worst and most disgusting taco I’ve ever had. It was so cold that it felt like I just got it out of the fridge. Even in the picture you can see how a melted cheese looks like in this taco the rice with the beans were not even well cooked and cold too. I knew the food was not fresh but I wish they microwaved it at least. Had the worst experience and it will be my first and last time ordering from here.

Restaurant has gotten much better in the last few months! This place used to get the food wrong and have poor service. The last 2 times I came in, food was fresh, refills were timely, and the employees and manager made sure everything was going well and taken care of!

As soon as we walked in we were seated. The place was packed full of families. It was 5:30-6:00 p.m. on a Friday. I wanted to order Chili and sweet potatoes and was told 20-25 minutes later that they ran out of Chili so I decided to get the Cheesy Fondue Cheeseburger with Zucchini Fries. I got my food 20 or so minutes after my son and husband got their food. My son’s food was cold to the touch. I always check for food temperature since I have worked in restaurants before it’s just something I do naturally. My husband’s food was cold as well. The manager did apologize that they ran out of chili he was very professional and courteous. Our waiter was charming and very attentive. We did receive bottomless lemonade. When I did get my food it was hot. The restaurant general manager did offer up dessert on the house. The customer service was exceptional. But the food was very cold for the rest of my family. I also noticed that the place was extremely crowded and wasn’t following Covid-19 (6 feet apart) wasn’t being practiced at this establishment. There were people at every single table with no space between families. By the time I was halfway eating I was ready to go it was so busy crowded and loud. But overall the customer service was the best so far in 2021.
I just wish the waiters would bring food out as soon as it hits the plate not waiting on other plates for the same table just bring the food out hot. It’s important to keep food hot and not in the danger zone of food safety.
5 stars for customer service attitude but the food coming out was cold. 2 stars for food quality and safety. I am just being honest.

Frequent Red Robin goer. This is my wife and I’s first time at this location. My wife ordered the banzai burger with an impossible patty and the raspberry limeade to drink. Our server was nice enough to replace the drink and not charge us for it The drink was not very flavorful.
Our food took a long time to come out. The pineapple in her banzai burger was very hard and barely warm and her fries were cold. My food was good and our server offered refills of our fries.

My wife and I went here last night and got the very affordable 10 dollar meal with the bottomless fries and drinks. They were super nice, checked in on us, and gave us a good amount of refills over the course of the night. The place was clean, the staff were awesome, and overall it was just a great experience. Our server’s name I didn’t catch, I think she was a early to middle aged woman with brown hair, but she was super sweet and attentive. We will come back here again!

Melissa are surver should me manager if not district manager for several locations! She had multiple hi needs tables including owners and she was on the spot for everything! Never needed to ask for more Fry’s or refills she was on it. When she wasn’t taking care of the 9 tables she was doing all the cleaning and table prep then seeing where are Fry’s where. Making sure here table’s where all being taken care of.
Tires out not only was she hanging more that she should have been at work but she has been without power ar here home for the last three days due to the storm and has been trying to take a shower and laundry over to here and here in laws. Yeah ..
