Ordered to go and then drove the 5 minutes home to eat. The food was cold already. I think it sat before they brought it out to me. The fudge chocolate chip cookies were never warmed up and were very cold like they just took them out of the fridge. The food was still good but I wish the bacon cheddar fries had more topping on now just slapped in the middle.

Meh. We had a good time with the location near our home in Covington, so we wanted to come here. Mistake. The service was terrible. The food was still good, but the lack of attention was just awful. They weren’t really busy, but maybe they were short handed. We were never asked if we wanted bottomless fries or refills on our drinks. Then we got our meals like 15 minutes apart from each other. Finally at the end we asked for another order of fries and it took until 15 minutes after we were done eating the rest of our food to finally get them. Oh, and we never got any special sauces. Just not a great customer experience. I don’t know if it’s just this location, but I highly recommend you find another place to eat or at least another Red Robin location.

Red Robin is generally a good experience for the price point. It’s a better experience when they are less busy and have enough staff to properly serve all the guests. The food is middle of the road, which is what one expects for this type of restaurant. If you want a bottomless root beer float and unlimited fries, this is the place to go!
