Staff just sit in the back having full conversations with each other instead of helping customers at front counter and I’m also an Uber Eats delivery driver and always have trouble at this location with orders coming out on time. As for HR or higher ups, I’d suggest you look over this location and actually see what’s going on because I’ve been here several times this week and it’s just ridiculous the service that’s here. I also just ordered some food and they gave me literally cold food.

Insane level of non customer service skills at this location. I came to pick up an Uber Eats order. I stood in the front after ringing the bell for 10 minutes and did not get acknowledged by anybody. A lot of the times we as Uber Eats drivers get sent to places where somebody has already picked up the order. US standing there does not get us paid. Us waiting for somebody to acknowledge that we exist in or even there does not get us paid. So I got in my car and decided to order something at the drive-thru and tell them that I’m picking up the Uber Eats order there. Even though it was only 20 minutes before they stopped letting people into the main lobby of the restaurant, they told me that I had to come into the restaurant. I told him that I was just in the restaurant and stood there for a full 10 minutes before walking out. I then just gave up and canceled my order and canceled the Uber pickup. If you are an Uber delivery driver or food delivery driver, I 100% do not recommend picking up at this location. The staff is on professional. A lot of them are standing in the back doing absolutely nothing even though I was standing there for 10 minutes. These kids need to learn better customer service skills. And this manager whoever works here should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the restaurant to run this way.

Label is correct but sandwich is wrong they automated so much but you cant fix the human element. Yes its a simple problem but as a customer I still want the right item I paid for.

Here I am having to be the Fry Police again. I would have given 4 stars but once again the fries are not full and the drive thru was a challenge.

First the drive thru, I was the first and only car in lane one. No one saying anything on the speaker. I said “hello” a few times and no answer. 2 other cars pulled into lane 2 and ordered in front of me before someone finally came on the speaker and asked for my order code. Drive thru is always a coin toss. If someone in front has a large order, you wait. I thought being first was a no brainer but then having 2 other cars pull in front of me blew that strategy. I usually walk in to pick up though sometimes that gets submarined because some McDonald’s prioritize drive thru and you end up waiting.

Next, Fries. Once again not full. They are getting better, not quite the dismal amount as previously but still not full. On the plus side, the fries were cooked correctly, salted perfectly and were fresh and warm.

Adding a star. Today they did well. Fries were very full and cooked well. Service was quick (I went to the counter, drive thru was backed up) and the double cheeseburger was also cooked well

I’m going back to 3 stars until they get consistency. The double cheeseburger was put together horribly plus they had pickles on it even though I ordered it without pickles and also no onions (see pics). The order did come out quickly but that doesn’t matter if it comes out wrong and a mess.

I’m removing yet another star. This location is going downhill quickly. Today I ordered my usual double cheeseburger and fries. Sheriff Dave of the Fry Police had to issue another citation. Look at today’s picture. Unexcusable amount of fries. I did go in and showed them. One lady took it to refill and handed it back reluctantly, no apology or anything other than her eyes rolling. When I opened the double cheeseburger, it was actually a McDouble instead. I took it back. It took 5 minutes for someone to assist me. The original lady who redid the fries would not even look at me. Another woman finally came by, got it fixed and apologized. On top of all of this, the same woman who redid the fries was assigned to put the counter orders together. She was mopping the floor instead letting the orders back up. When she was done mopping, she didn’t wash her hands and went to grab food and bag it. Overall a bad day and hopefully a manager or owner will fix this location.

I didn’t think it could get worse but it has. This time ordered the same double cheeseburger with no onions or pickles. Got a McDouble instead and it had onions. The attention to detail is falling apart. Removed one star.

UPDATE 13/20/2024
Well after the remodel the only thing I can add is now the walls hide the incompetence. Ordered through the app for counter pickup. App said order was ready, come inside and get it. Waited 8 minutes inside to get it. The receipt was printed 8 minutes prior to receiving it. Pretty sure it was just sitting around in the back since the fries were like warm at best.

This McDonald’s is the worst. They don’t have anyone working the front and the majority of the workers must hate their job. I came through the drive thru and after being parked and made to wait, my order was wrong. No biggie, I came inside to get it corrected but no one was up front. There was a guy in front of me who said he had been waiting for a while and although workers were coming and going to drop delivery or pick up orders no one would acknowledge him. I finally flagged down a worker and she actually held her hand out in a do not bother me gesture. I held up my bag and explained that I received the wrong order. She grudgingly took the bag with a deep sigh and rolled her eyes! The poor guy in front of me just wanted to order a coffee but had cash so he didn’t think he could order through the kiosk which is literally the only option. I felt bad for him so I ordered through the kiosk for him. I don’t know how this place stays open.

I ordered earlier today, ate my food but ended up saving my drink for later because I had another drink I took from home. Later today I decided to get my drink to finish it and to my surprise when I’m almost done with it I take a sip and feel something moving in my mouth so I go spit it out and what came out of my drink was a whole hair. This is disguising this is not clean or even close to following rules to dealing with food. I’m sick to my stomach now I tried calling but like always nobody is picking up the phone. Don’t waste your time and money going somewhere where maintaining cleanliness is not a priority and not having your employees use the proper use of the uniform like wearing something on your head to prevent this happening.

Just left the drive thru and watched them move the right lane 4 cars ahead of the left lane. When I got my order finally it was wrong and missing items i paid for. I asked for ketchup and immediately got the window slammed in my face. Train the team better….

The service at the drive through is absolutely terrible. The management has been the same for several years. They have normalized sending people to park while their food is being prepared. All I order is 10 piece nuggets for my kid. They make me park every single time. I know they have metrics and stats to meet but it’s ridiculous.

Not a normal restaurant. It’s only app. Use or kiosk. No condiments in eating area. Meat was not cooked all the way, I had to return it. All food was cold to the touch.
1 employee had hair hanging in face, not a good place to be eating if you want it hair free.
Manager, Mackinze, is great but I think over her head
Too many employees standing around and rushing to get out cold food.

The atmosphere is like walking into a hospital. The kiosk didn’t even give a receipt and the number flashed so fast that I didn’t catch what it was. They put the food up at the counter no one actually has customer service you’re basically just there picking up food like you’re a DoorDash. they kept yelling the number out loud and my husband was confused. he was asking the woman a question about the order and she just stared at him and kept repeating the number. Not going back for sure and an extra $.39 for Oreo crumble and I can’t even get that… What’s the point of having the ice cream machine working if you can’t get the order right?
