We had a wonderful time with our group here last week! We had an area reserved for our party and Kylee was the absolute best server ever. Usually in a group, service isn’t that great but the staff here was amazing. Kylee was always on it with refilling the water, asking everyone if they were doing ok, just being present and available for everyone. Excellent customer service with the best personality and smile! The food was also delicious and we can’t say enough good things about this location. If you want a Red Robin with great food, amazing ambiance, and most importantly, incredible service, THIS IS THE ONE!!!

The overall experience was good my only problem was the service. The server was nice but me and my 2 friends asked for to-go drinks when we were done with our meal and ready to leave. The server kept checking up on us to tell us the drinks were on the way, but we would never get our drinks. She checked up on us 4 times without actually bringing the drinks. We waited there for 35 minutes and the server finally brought out our drinks. Keep in mind these were 3 sodas. The service was decent but they clearly don’t care about their customers enough to fulfill a small request after they have paid.

We absolutely love going to red robin. It’s a solid choice for good food, friendly service and who can deny themselves the unlimited fries? I know I can’t. I love that they do this. If you sign up for the Red Robin’s rewards you also get a free burger during your birthday month which I redeemed this last time. I had the mad love burger which was a first for me and it was amazing.

Foods great, service sucks!
We unfortunately have the same server every time we come in and she’s absolutely horrible. Her name is Jen. She rarely comes by to check on her tables, never get a refill on fries, usually have to flag down another server or manager to get anything else we need. Tonight she dropped a tray and stepped on the edge of it to pick it up. I hope she washed it and didn’t use it to serve someone a beverage or food. We probably won’t come back..the food is good but the service experience is extremely lacking bc of her.

When walking in the host was great! The employee who sat us was very polite and engaging.
Initially when meeting our waitress, she did not seem like she was having the best night. It felt like she was ready to go home.
Fold- garlic fries did not have much garlic taste. Jalapeño heatwave was a great burger. Ribs tasted decent.
Tito’s fishbowl- it was strong enough. There wasn’t much actual flavor, but lol was there.

* Update – after Red Robin’s response, I emailed and they apologized and offered me a gift card to come back again. I thought that was very good service and emailed back to accept and never heard back. I emailed again a couple weeks later and still no response. So, apparently they like people to think they provide good service by responding to reviews, but don’t actually follow through with their offer. Disappointing all around as we’ve frequented Red Robin for years.

It seemed fine when it arrived if a little unappetizing to look at, but looks aren’t everything. I soaked up some of the grease with my napkin and had a few pieces and started to feel quite ill and was sick the remainder of the night. I don’t know if it was the excess grease, or if something else went wrong but I’ve never had this happen before and eat pizza quite regularly with no issue. I won’t make the mistake of ordering it again as I don’t like to throw away most of my meal. I always post great reviews when things are good so I feel it’s only appropriate to post when things go really wrong. This is not one of Red Robin’s best moments.

My kids and I came in for lunch today. The food was really good! The service was friendly and attentive from the hostess to our server to the GM who stopped to make sure everything was good. We got drink refills and extra bottomless fries refill in a timely manner. I wish this was our local Red Robin cause we’d come here regularly.
