Came in with a couple of friends for some dinner, and had a wonderful experience! Veronica was our server and she had so much personality and was the sweetest! The food was amazing, but her service made the experience so much better! She was also super attentive and knew what I needed before I even knew! If you get her as a server, you’re going to have a great time!

The food is always good at Red Robin but I am review the exceptional customer service we received from our server Marquis! He was attentive, timely, kind and kept it lighthearted with our table. We went for my wife’s birthday. The food tasted fine, and the server was very good. On their menu it states bottomless fries, or infinite fries. When our order came out, they gave me six fries and my wife a similar amount. Our daughter ordered kids menu stuff, and I don’t think it was bottomless fries, she got what you would consider a normal amount of fries. Why do you advertise bottomless fries, and then skimp on the fries? You gave us six fries each, it makes no sense, it truly makes the experience feel underwhelming. I’ve never ordered food, and paid a good amount, and had them bring me out a chicken sandwich, and only six fries. I recommend starting with a normal amount of fries, and as the customer orders more, then give them “six fries”, or you could just give them a normal amount every time.

I came back in to utilize my veterans ticket for a tavern burger and fries. The food was absolutely amazing. My burger was cooked medium well how I like it. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside just how I love it. I sat at the bar so I had a bartender as my server. She seemed a little bit off but nevertheless she served me up a nice drink and it was pretty good. I was so happy I could enjoy a meal so I had a smile on my face. The food most definitely was a 5 star but I had to give a 4 star because the bartender customer service was not 5 star. She was more a 2 or 3 star so I had to average it out.

Loved it!! The food, the atmosphere was just awesomeness! I hate that I didn’t ask our waiters name but he was just amazing! He made our experience there so wonderful. He was very polite, respectful, and especially patient with my big family of 8. He even complimented our kids and said that they were the most well behaved kids he’s dealt with at that restaurant. He even brought me fries as I waited for my pizza to cook i didn’t even mind the wait. Can’t wait to go back again

Our server, Veronica, was INCREDIBLE!!!! Despite the whole place being packed, this girl was the most attentive server I’ve ever had of any restaurant, expensive or not. She was constantly anticipating our needs and checking on us. I even ordered a burger and forgot to ask for the tomatoes to be removed due to allergy and told her 20 minutes later and she ran straight to the kitchen for me and it came out perfect. Amazing service, I’m totally blown away and will be coming back just to see her!

First time at this location, but it’s very consistent with other Red Robin stores in the area. Food came out really good and that was here was nice. Especially enjoyed the bottomless root beer floats, and the pizza.

Breezy, the kitchen was amazing. She was the manager of the kitchen. The food wasn’t together the sauce, but sloppy, made it together for me. She was very professional. She handled her business by satisfying me by giving me my refund back and then she understood what I was saying and this is what I was saying and her just doing it that made a real this difference in me coming back I’m d gonna come back again just because of her hospitality and professionalism, and when you have a good and customer service service like that it makes you want to come back again and I’m definitely will be back this Thursday OK thank you so much. I appreciate it and God bless you. Thank you for having Breezy and your restaurant for being who she is.
