Food was good not great. Table and menus needed cleaning. Server was nice and so was the manager, which is why I’m giving the good rating. Also, food was well priced. Food item most worth the price are the burgers because of the portion given. Oh and for a Saturday night, it wasn’t packed, which was nice if you want something more relaxed (experiences may vary lol)

Great food, but Kenna’s a horrible GM. Everyone else is great and outstandingly inspirational! Even the to go specialists especially Nay and the hosts are excellent at their jobs. The servers and rest of the management team are super attentive and super nice and will do everything they can to make the employees and the customers feel heard and valued As a former employee I will always have fond memories of this place despite the bad spots

The waitress was pleasant; however, you could tell it was near the end of her shift. She did great in accommodating my food allergies, yet in doing so got my sides wrong, and gave me the same thing my friend ordered. When my friend asked for a knife to cut her burger, the waitress forgot for a few minutes, but after being on her phone in the corner booth and looking up, saw me, and then remembered that she forgot. My friend asked, before it was offered to have her burger ( which was cooked too much), and my side removed from the ticket. The waitress was at least agreeable, so I still gave her a 20% tip. Had she done otherwise, she would’ve lost out. She also brought me my correct side in a box to go, free of charge.

We were seated quickly and given our drinks in a timely manner. Then everything went downhill. The server seemed to be annoyed that she had to serve us, and it showed. We were given our appetizer when we had no utensils. Eventually, we were brought 3 napkins, 6 forks and 2 knives for 5 of us. Next came 1 incorrect meal and fries with seasoning when we requested no seasoning due to allergies. The server didn’t come back to check on things for a very long time, even though the dining room was 3/4 empty. Lastly, the server was too busy talking with another server when we wanted our check and seemed mad that I didn’t know how to use the box on the table to pay. After all the issues and attitude from the server, we decided we won’t be coming back.

What great service, great employees, but most importantly, great food! It’s important to note we arrived on a busy weekend and judging from the parking lot alone, we thought we would have a 15-30 minute wait on our hands! However, this was not the case, as the kind lady behind the podium asked how many we were seating and asked if we wanted high seating or low seating (as you can see from some of my pictures, a bunch of the high seating was empty. I suppose everyone prefers those cushy red seats like us!), and after a quick wipedown of our table from the last customers, we were seated with the menus in hand. There were different staff coming through and handling us, and they were all very kind and wonderful. The waiter who took our order was sweet to come by numerous times after we eat to make sure if we were enjoying our meal, wanted extra fries, etc. The food was delicious; the burgers being made specifically how I wanted. The fries were like really but that was okay because when they cooled down they were banging too! Paying was quick and effortless and when we were ready to go, we got up and left and the kind waiter from earlier wished us a good day, which I thought was sweet. All in all, it was a lovely time, we will be dining there again!

Good food as usual and poor service, as usual. Our server had to come back and confirm our order because they had forgotten one order. When our drinks arrived, I asked for fries while we waited, and they returned with one small basket of fries for a table of seven! One person had asked for steamed Broccoli instead of fries but was brought fries instead, We had to ask for knives for those who needed to cut their sandwich because it was to big. We never got the knives…. We wanted to split the check three ways, it took almost 25 minutes for them to figure out how to do that!

Every roadtrip when there is a Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews on our route, we stop by. And this one was as good as any of them. Nice staff, food very tasteful. We just love Red Robin.

This place is garbage. I’ve ordered twice now. I know it’s my fault for trying twice. Both times the order has been wrong, and prepared horribly. Go to Wendy’s. They won’t disappoint as badly as this terrible establishment.
