My second time here. I had the chicken wrap- Delish!! My babe had the bbq chicken burger. Motz sticks were amazing! Service was great. Gina is a great server. She deserves a raise!

Nice experience and burger satisfaction. So many choices on burger flavors!! All delicious! Restaurant atmosphere was enhanced by its nice decor and adequate lighting, not to mention great relaxing temperature. We’ll definitely get back here for celebrations. Happy 4th!!!

The food was good. I got a hamburger, and it was done perfectly and was served hot. My wife got the fish & and chips, which was also excellent. While we were waiting for our order, the waiter brought us out some complimentary fries to munch on! Our server was friendly and kept our drinks and bottomless fries refilled without having to ask. The only negative I can think of was that our booth had a really sagging cushion that needs to be re-done. The restaurant was pretty clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience.

Normally Red Robin would provide amazing hamburgers, but on this occasion, absolutely terrible. This, this is what you give to your customer, who is paying $15+ for a….ah…”gourmet” hamburger. Red Robin management, in all honesty, do you consider this, quality? This burger was supposed to be your Southern Charm burger. There’s no charm here. Looks like it was sat on in the kitchen before being delivered to the table. This thing is no better than any burger a person could find at McDonalds, Burger King, Whataburger, etc…Do better.

Oh my gosh! The food was amazingly delicious. Piping hot, fresh & flavorful. Burger cooked to perfection. Fish & chips crispy outside & tender inside. Garlic fries were the bomb. Our server, Reiker, was awesome as was Gina, the manager. Place was clean and pleasant. Probably one of THE best meal & dining experiences in years! We WILL be back & tell EVERYONE about it. Keep up the great job!

My wife and I ate at the location in the forum the other day and was not impressed. Our server, Jacob was great but our meal was subpar. The drinks we got did not taste good at all. Alcohol itself is bitter but the drinks had a bitterness of their own. Not only that the frozen versions were hard to drink through the straw due to the consistency of the ice mixture. It was Chucky and the ice chunks kept clogging the straw vs. a thin, frozen puree mixture. We had the peach and strawberry frozen margaritas.

The staff is attentive and the food was pretty quick. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers (especially the veggie burger) wasn’t as good here as the Red Robin locations in Colorado. My veggie burger tasted a bit old which was unfortunate because it looked appetizing upon first look. I ended up taking one bite and leaving the rest. My husband said his chicken sandwich wasn’t too great either compared to Red Robin locations in Colorado. Although, this particular location has pretty fresh appetizers and would be a great spot to grab a drinks and some apps.

When Red Robin was new, we loved it and it was our favorite place to get a burger. Last few years this place continues to go downhill. Tonight was beyond disappointing. It is disgusting, unbelievably dirty. The food was awful. I’m sorry we came here because my husband just wanted a burger for his birthday. He sent it back because it wasn’t cooked properly, the 2nd time it came back the egg wasn’t cooked properly. He ended up not eating at all. My sons burger was practically raw. The server was pleasant. He should look for another job.

If you want a good time a good service, ask for Angie! Angie is literally the best! She is usually working the bar area & is a great time. She will always go above and beyond and makes sure her customers are happy & satisfied. She knows our usual orders and knows my friends Gluten Free meal (very important to make sure she doesn’t get sick) We LOVE ANGIE!! – Savannah & Jess
