got a terrible order here recently, and this is not the first time that i’ve had to go through nonsense at this location. have had items forgotten before, having workers throw a fit over asking for forgotten items, making us jump through hoops to prove it too.
this time though- oh boy. my partner and i stopped by to grab a bite to eat, and in my double bacon quarter pounder meal, i noticed it was hard to swallow some of the sandwich. i reached in my mouth, and pulled out a large sheet of paper (that i almost swallowed)! it looked like the deli paper separating sheets that come on the burgers in storage and are to be removed from the burgers prior to cooking. upon furthering my inspection of my food, i found ANOTHER full sheet of this deli paper interwoven into my burger. absolutely awful, i could have choked. seriously. the texture of the paper is very tough and when mixed with the food poses a significant choking hazard- let alone just unpleasant to go through when eating.
always angry workers, slow service, and now a potentially dangerous mistake? we won’t come back here again.

Final Update: Everything Fixed. Pretty good now. Nightshift folks are great.
First review: The food is good. And the service is nice and quick during the day. At night however the wait was extremely long and the employees past 8pm are very rude. When I finally got my food after 25 minutes the woman giving out food made fun of my first name and called it “Gross.” Like it’s not a big deal but why be so rude?
Update I guess. Turns out some of the items I ordered are missing.
Another update: Turns out the crowds have only gotten worse. After Taco-Bell went mobile order only and locked their doors, all the drunk and rowdy students go to McDonald’s now. It’s insufferable.
More update: Employee flirted with an uber driver for 20 minutes instead of handing out food. Taco Bell has returned, and the crowds have reduced significantly.

placed a pickup order on the app for literally one apple pie and got there 5 minutes later i still stood for at least 10 minutes i asked the lady with the lashes if my order was ready soon and she just says no and walks off before i can respond. then when she comes back to give me my order i had to tell her about a voucher i had and she tells me i have to talk to the manager and points to the back of the kitchen as if im supposed to be able to walk back there. i said can you go get him and there was attitude back i just don’t get it all you have to do is grab it and put it in the bag they’re not even fresh

I had such a great experience at McDonald’s! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was fresh and accurate. The service was quick even though it was busy, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. The restaurant was also clean and organized, which made my visit even better. I really appreciate the attention to detail and quality service—it definitely made this location stand out. I’ll be coming back for sure!

It’s a McDonald’s, so you won’t find anything new here. The food taste just like every other McDonald’s in the world. The big difference is this place just underwent a major renovation. There are fewer seats, more kiosks, and a smaller front counter. There’s also no drinks station anymore, so if you want a refill, you have to ask for it. It is a comfortable place to hang out though, and I’ve spent some time here just working instead of going to a coffee shop.

I ordered 3 meals through the app and added 1 free large fries. Service was terrible. I waited long at the window while other cars were being sent around me. When I finally got my food, one small fries was missing and another had spilled all over the bag because it was placed upside down on top of everything.
She was already gone. I waited almost 15 min and finally got someone attention by honking loud. Finally someone came.
I explained clearly that I should have received 3 small fries (one with each meal) plus 1 large fries. At first, the manager kept insisting they wouldn’t replace anything (small bold black guy). After I broke it down step by step several times, he finally realized at the very end that I was correct and missing fries but by then, the food had already been tossed around, placed in new bags and was cold. At that point, I demanded a refund since the whole order was ruined.
The worst part wasn’t the mistake itself, but the attitude. Instead of helping, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. To make it worse, the bag had a “double checked” sticker…….clearly it wasn’t. This location needs to do better in both accuracy and customer service.

I’ve observed this location many times. I’ve noticed the male coworkers taking advantage of the females. The females are usually overworked. I can definitely understand their frustrations, so I’m patient with picking up orders. The manager/owner is usually completely useless as seen below in responses. This is all going on in front of a university lol
