We went to Red Robin for my one and only 65th birthday lunch. We needed to go someplace where there was gluten-free food available and we appreciate the fact that Red Robin does.

For most of the time we were there it was us plus one other table in the whole restaurant. You would think that would lead to good service, but you would be wrong. We ended up with empty glasses and we finally stacked all the empty plates so that she would maybe get the hint to take them off the table.

I ordered the Smoke and Pepper Burger, which was delicious and I also ordered a strawberry milkshake which I got as a birthday reward and it was also yummy. However, the big french fry that was laying on top of the french fries in my basket came complete with a fingerprint shoved like someone grabbed it and pushed a finger in. I didn’t eat it. I did, however, eat the large, hard french fry that was nothing but crunchy hardness and not anything like a french fry should be because it seemed like our fries had been refried at least once, maybe more. It also appeared. I wouldn’t be getting any more french fries so I went ahead and ate that one. I also had iced tea, which was good when it was in my glass.

My husband ordered the Monster Burger. He said that the burger was good but the bun disintegrated and he had to eat it with a fork. He also had iced tea. His fries were cold and overcooked as well.

We were a party of five.

After we were finished with every piece of food on our table, then our server came by and asked us if we wanted more fries. That was pretty much the only time she checked on us, when we wanted to pay. We were almost finished when they started sitting a table next to us and the manager peaked around those people to see if we were okay. But we were 100% finished and we were waiting to get out of our booth because the people they were trying to see right on top of us wanted a different table where they could fit more easily and so there was no room for the manager in the aisle to talk to us for us to get out or for the other people to get in all at the same time. In an almost empty restaurant. I’m not sure why they were trying to see a handicapped person with a walker in a booth where there was a step up into it. Anyway, that made us have to wait to leave.

The printout of our receipt did not work. There was no ink so we did not get a receipt nor can we tell you the name of our server as she did not introduce herself and we couldn’t read it on a receipt.

We all like Red Robin, I had sincerely doubt we will ever return to this particular one.

Now everyone knows Red Robin is known for its bottomless steak fries. Well, let’s just say that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. We were quickly seated and promptly asked for our choices of drinks. We provided said request for drinks, and I requested fries. What we were brought was our drinks and a basket of cold fries that I’m almost positive were cooked during rush hour and left there until someone asked for them. The basket was short on fries, but no problem. It’s bottomless. The waitress comes back to take our order. We provide it, and she proceeds to go do her own thing while we wait on our food. Never once did she come back to refresh our drinks or get us more fries. So, 20 minutes go by, and we have absolutely no food, just drinks. Then, when the food did get there, it was eh, so-so. All in all, Red Robin needs to step it up. Wash your sweet tea tank because I can’t tell you how many times it’s been spoiled when I ask for sweet tea.

Fourth time eating at this location. Only one time have we had good service. This was not one of them. Waited forever for some fries, they did not bring the right condiments. Why is this place so slow especially when the only option was to be seated at the bar area 10 min to five. Fries were cold, chicken was dry. Then the whole reason I come is the honey mustard and was informed that the regular honey mustard was not available and they served something that looked like great value honey mustard dressing for a salad. Worst experience ever. Will not be returning with these odds.

Store smells dirty.
Very slow service. No napkins. Fries mediocre. Usually pretty good. But service 2/5/26 absolutely awful. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Only ones in restaurant. Poor service. Probably won’t be back. Not for the price of food and horrible slow service. Here at 4:32pm.Had to send my burger back it wasn’t cooked through. Took 15 minutes to get my burger back. Asked to take it off my check. Completely disgusted. Will not be back.

We stopped for dinner and was greeted promptly. Seated quickly and met Emily our waitress. She was very friendly and polite and offered great suggestions. Using her suggestions we ordered and the food came out nice and hot, it was delicious. She checked on us several times brought drink refills. Highly recommend having her as your waitress.

The food was delicious and filling. Just the waitress , my father and I had act like what she was lost and didn’t know what she was doing. I understand what a dinner rush can be like. While I was in high school, I was a waiter for Pizza Hut. But this girl was more worried about either her friend or boyfriend than the actual customers. The other wait staff was more friendly and very courteous.

Horrible experience today. My husband and I went for lunch at 11:30am. Only two other customers were there, both in the bar area. A lovely hostress seated us. And then nothing. No one came to get drink orders or anything. We waited. Three servers came and went throughout the bar but no one stopped. We even tried to get the attention of the server at the bar who made eye-contact and then turned and left. After being ignored, we left, assuming that Red Robin must not want our business. We thought about mentioning our experience to the manager but decided, “What’s the point? Apparently no one cares to even be working there.” We have been disappointed before but wanted to give it another chance. No more. Too many other options. And besides, as I said, they didn’t want our business anyway.

Service gets 1 Star because when the server brought my husband’s salad she said they had no clean silverware. After 5 minutes he started eating his salad with the temp pick from his burger! He FINALLY got a fork after 10 minutes. When I complained, she did nothing.
She was very inattentive; did not bring the extra Campfire sauce we asked for and never refilled our drinks.
3/5: In response to your reply, the Service was NOT good and my husband said it’s “not very likely that we will return anytime soon”.

Food was okay, might be overpriced. $13 for a chicken sandwich, but they do give you free unlimited steak fries, chips, or house salad. 🙂 I had the California chicken sandwich. My wife had the Whiskey BBQ chicken Sandwich. They tasted good. Fries were great, can with dipping sauces. Service was really good. Drinks stayed full. I would definitely come back, but I wouldn’t bring my whole family.
