Wish I would have asked for his name, but Saturday, July 12th around 8:40 PM I was in curbside spot number 3, waiting for my ice cream. This man comes out to let me know the ice cream machine isn’t working and gives me my other options. He listened to me and waited for me to make my decision. Long story short, I received a very tasty vanilla milkshake with lots of hot fudge! I could have left sad without my sweets, instead I actually got a better deal than originally ordered! Anyways, small thing that had a big impact. Dude with braids in the black smock with a headset on— genuinely truly appreciate you 🙂

Clean restrooms, quick and easy kiosk ordering (or vis-a-vis if preferred), clean and comfortable dining room area, and ample parking near the door for dine-in patrons and dedicated mobile order pick-up stalls. Dine-in breakfast order was warm but not exactly hot as if fresh off the griddle/fryer, but generally tasty and satisfying. Overall pleasing stop.

Yes, it is back. Forget the analysis of what is compacted in a McRib versus a Hot dog. The sandwich is reasonably priced and packed with a zesty flavor of goodness. Go get one while they last!

Rude and incompetent staff especially in drive through. Unwilling to help when there are missing and wrongly made items. Do not recommend! I would personally hold an all staff meeting to ensure that your mission and values are aligning because they are not lmao.

The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy. No clean tables. We watched the manager pulling out the overly full trash cans while on FaceTime. He left multiple bags of trash in the walkway. And leaned against a table while messing on his cell phone.

Breakfast here has always been a staple. The latinos that run this restaurant are so friendly, hardworking and quick!! Its nice to go somewhere they dont just shout at you but greet and give you things with a smile.

Just called to simply check to see if they received my mobile order and the woman on the phone was unimaginably rude about it basically telling me it’s not her problem and treating me like I was stupid when it was indeed confirmed by her store, yall need better management and phone service

Shouldn’t be open 24hrs if they can’t offer the quality of service. Waited 45 minutes ON MY LUNCH for a 6piece and a medium fry. I had to speak to a manger and she was great with fixing the issue but if the location cannot provide proper service it shouldn’t be open. The workers are overwhelmed with orders, and the customers are waiting half- to almost an hour for simple orders.

Awful customer service experience through the drive-through. Happened last night asked for a large large fry and then hot chocolate, they hesitated over the speaker then said they could do it then when my boyfriend said that he would like to add more to the order, totally ignored him and said pull up to the window. As we pulled up, the lady just charged us for the fries, but we didn’t realize until we got to the second window when my boyfriend then said something to them, I believe whoever is in charge came up and said that she was originally gonna try to make it with hot water But knew she wasn’t supposed to do it that way, so she just didn’t wanna charge us all for it. So They don’t even wanna say anything about the hot chocolate at all and then admitted that she was gonna make it wrong for us. Didn’t really get a sorry or apology.
