Bought a RT44 unsweetened tea -and a RT 44 ocean water, he finished his and noticed mold in the bottom of his cup so I have to check my tea, there was Stuff in the bottom of my cup not sure what it was b it it was not tea leaves, I drink a lot of tea and I know. Never mind it took over ten minutes at 245 in the afternoon to get two drinks. Absolutely foul.

I don’t normally like to put reviews of chain restaurants under my personal reviews, but this one was too horrible not to share. I’ve had multiple horrible experiences here, but this tops them all.

Pulled into one of the stalls, immediately was told that they were not able to hear me. Was told there would be someone out there to take my order, waited and waited, no one came.
Went to drive through, was told, AGAIN, that I could not be heard. Practically would’ve had to scream if it wasn’t for me having to open my door halfway and hang out to talk.
I ordered a Medium Vanilla Coke w/ REAL cherry, extra cherries. Even asked to please make sure I did not get syrup. Somehow, she rang it up as diet at first. Had to correct her on that. Then I asked for four, four-piece mozzarella cheese sticks. The price looked really high on the screen, so after ping-ponging back and forth between the order screen and the menu, I realized she rang me up for four 6-piece mozzarella sticks. Literally can hear her huffing and puffing, like as if it’s my fault she doesn’t have her listening ears today. THEN….I get to the window, clearly can see through the lid that the drink is pink as a pig’s nose. I told her I can already tell this is incorrect. Her response, “Well, we always put cherry syrup in it if you ask for cherries.” >insert big o hekk no face here<, ..... Like, what the heck does that even mean to me? NOTHING
She remakes my drink, me praying that it’s correct as I drive off, because I can feel my BP is at 152/94, and I get home, pour out the old drink and see two measly little real cherries that I asked for. Poured them in the remade one. Get to the bottom of the cup, and there wasn’t even any in the new drink. AND, I had 3 marinara sauces for four orders of mozzarella sticks. I think if I had been aware of those two things before I left, I would have lost it.
Unfortunately, it’s like this in all of the fast-food places in this town. Griping about it won’t change what happened, but I am so completely frustrated. PUT YOUR LISTENING EARS ON! Apologize for things not being how the customer wanted it, and huff and puff when we are not in plain sight or in range of hearing. VERY unprofessional.

We done an online order through the app. Ordered a BOGO on the smasher burgers. Customized one to have NO CHEESE or smasher sauce but add mayo and mustard. Order was delivered 25 minutes after the listed arrival time and came out incorrect on the customized burger. A leader or manager came out to pick up the burger and I went the receipt in with him that detailed what it was NOT to have vs what it was. The burger was delivered back by the same person who I quote said “I remade it fresh myself!” Upon further inspection the burger STILL HAD CHEESE yet looked like it was just a change of the bun. Very dissatisfied experience and it unlikely we will return any time soon because the order was delivered WRONG BOTH TIMES! It has become apparent that no restaurant including SONIC Andalusia can get our food order right the very first time!

Sent the grandson to get me a drink, just a simple diet cherry limeade, nope, they would not serve him. They had the seating area blocked off and they wouldn’t let him use the car ordering area because he walked, I don’t have a car and I can’t walk there with foot amputations. Not fair! I just wanted a drink.

I grabbed a burger and tots at this Sonic when I needed a quick meal. This location is like Sonic used to be. The food was good, the service was great. When I arrived there was only one empty parking space with a menu and ordering available. I hope this Sonic stays good and popular. The ones near my home have declined and several are closed.
