Lauren was fantastic tonight! She was very prompt and kind. The food was delicious. I got the southern charm and my husband got the burger with guacamole. Both were made perfectly. The onion ring tower was delicious too! The only downfall was I’m in a wheelchair and they didn’t have the button to press but the hosts were helpful and accommodating. The hosts also allowed us to take a balloon home for our child who wasn’t with us.

Stopped by on our way out of town and had a great lunch. Staff seemed to really get along as they took care of guests and each other. Food was fresh and delicious. Dining room, bar and restrooms were very clean. Excellent spot. Highly recommend stopping by.

Do not go here if you have a food allergy. I alerted my server to my onion/garlic allergy and was assured that my food was safe when it was delivered to my table (typically burgers/fries are easy to adjust for this allergy). Partway through eating, I noticed that it tasted like my food had onion/garlic in it. Turns out the kitchen had in fact put seasoning in it despite assuring me it had not. My husband and I had to immediately leave and I have been sick for days since. They comped my meal, but nothing else on the bill, including the beer that my husband had just received but was unable to drink due to our need to take an emergency exit. My husband did enjoy his food before we had to abruptly leave so I will give two stars. Red Robin clearly needs a process for allergies.

These are the “cheesy” fondue bacon truffle fries. Costs about $10. As you can see there is very little cheese. The very sweet waiter was happy to get me more cheese, the manager expressed that is the normal amount of cheese they put on those fries. And stated there would be an additional charge if I wanted more cheese. Don’t order these unless you want fries sprinkled with bits of bacon and a couple squirts of cheese

I’ve been to Red Robin a couple of times before, this was definitely on the low end in terms of food quality and experience. We arrived about 1 hour before close, took a bit to get seated as there was no server around. I ordered a well done scorpion burger and a salad. Food took the usual to come out. When I took a bite of my burger it was a bit undercooked, I would say medium. The server didn’t write down our order, instead just verbally confirmed which I think is where the mix up arised from. Even though undercooked, the burger was alright, the salad nothing to brag about. Stand out were the fries as they came out got and were really good with their specialty sauce. Maybe when I’m back in town I’ll give this location another shot to see if the food quality is better.
