Came here on our way back home to Michigan after our AZ trip 🙂 I had actually never been to a Red Robin so I was kind of excited. We started off with an onion ring tower. Wow, a tower indeed, you get a lot of rings! They’re pretty decent too, and that campfire ranch is good
For my entree I got the jalapeño heatwave burger. Not gonna lie, it was pretty good! They even ask how cooked you want it, as any place honestly should. What if I don’t want a tough well-done burger? Didn’t have to worry here. And they cooked it as I requested. So again, not bad!
The garlic fries were a bit disappointing though. Not enough garlic flavor IMO and kinda soggy. They also messed up my wife’s order and gave her regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. And then the self pay tablet thing was being weird which wasted a bit of time. But would I go to a Red Robin again? It wouldn’t be at the top of my list, but I’d definitely go with friends and/or my wife again

Lots of empty tables, everyone coming in basically had a wait tome due to lack of staff, it happens. Restaurant atmosphere is cold- most restaurants keep it cooler so guests won’t stay as long but I literally had to keep a coat on and my hood on. Food was mediocre and definitely not worth the price we paid. Our server was great though- she was definitely working hard and keeping our glasses and sides full. I’d like to say this is the first visit like this but it’s definitely not.

Service was so slow. The mozzarella sticks were great. My fries were cold and gross. I asked for fresh ones. I was done with my burger before they even came out. I paid 18.00 for a burger and 1 small servings of fries. Not worth it. Won’t be back.

Got the new Backyard BBQ Pork Burger. YUMMY!! Could’ve used a bit more BBQ sauce.., but it is a tad messier that way LOL. Our server Lani suggested it saying it was her new fav item on the menu. Glad she told us.
Lani was super attentive to getting us refills of fries and drinks. She is the best!!

I took away a star because it took an incredibly long time to get our milkshakes. We were done our meals before they came out, and not offered water or any other beverages. However, it was an issue with the machine.
Overall, our service (Diamond was our server) was great. Very friendly and helpful and tried her best. Food was as expected. Good for a quick and cheap meal for the family.

Core of lettuce in my salad brown watery lettuce at that. Avacados where brown. The amount of water that came off salad made dressing untasty.

Loved, loved, loved my food here! Ate here with my family of four, most of us loved our meals, my dad not as much but I think he just ordered the wrong thing. I got the avocado burger, and not only did all the flavors blend together super well, the burger itself also had amazing flavor! All the portions and everything were substantial enough to match the price. And having an unlimited side helps as well. I had the fries and also ordered a serving of the bacon and cheese fondue, which paired great with the fries. Staff was also very friendly and patient, overall a great experience!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Place is full of thieves! My girlfriend and I went for lunch and were literally the only ones there the entire time. We ordered, ate, paid, and left. As we’re pulling out we realized my girlfriend had left her purse. I immediately call to tell them we are on our way, no answer. I call again and got no answer again. By this time we were back in the parking lot which was still empty. Go inside and tell our waitress and the manager that we were just here and her purse is now gone. They couldn’t have cared less and ignored us. When we brought up the fact that we were contacting the police she (the short old manager) had a smug attitude and said proudly “ we don’t have cameras.” No wonder they have no business. I’ll never go back.

I haven’t been here in years because of the bad food and service I had at that time. But after tonight I’ll definitely return. I wasn’t paying attention to the time and placed a Togo order 25 minutes before closing. I was honestly afraid to pick it up because I knew I was THAT person. I use to be a server so I get it. Everyone was so polite when I walked in and even took extra steps to make sure my order was correct by asking questions when I got there. I fully expected glares and crappy food, but the quality was great!

Nothing on the menu was healthy. I joined my colleagues for a birthday lunch at this restaurant, and the healthiest item I could find on the menu was the pretzel bites for 780 calories. I ate two and packaged the rest for someone else at the office. I had one onion ring off the towering onion ring appetizer that one of my colleagues purchased. It was great, but, not my cup of tea. If you are reading this review and think you can find something healthy here – skip the challenge and go elsewhere. If you don’t mind eating fried food, you’ve found your place. Enjoy!
