I’m a big fan of Red Robin, and I’ve had a few to go burgers not taste as good, but the last two visit have compelled me to write a review. The burgers have been cooked absolutely perfectly. The new patties are working great. The fries both times have been perfect as well. Perfect balance of the soft with the crunch texture. Drinks have been spot on. Thanks Red Robin staff for being so great!!

The service was fine. Our server said it was his first time serving alone. He was BUSY and he did pretty good. But our food was not great. Fries were soggy. Wrap had very little to no flavor. Not what we are used to with Red Robin. Also, the atmosphere was bizarre. They had all of the patrons crammed into one room rather than spacing people out. It was uncomfortable honestly.

The place is very well decorated, the decoration is great. It should be ruled out that the table service was very fast and pleasant. The food was very well done and I recommend the ribs as well as the steak

Gretchen was a wonderful server for our initial visit, she went above and beyond to make our experience incredible! The food here is pretty good and comes out promptly and well cooked. The sunrise burger was great. Our second experience was a bit lacking, different server, unfortunately.

The service was great, the food sucked. My boyfriend left a review be used the food was so bad for the over $50 we spent there (keep in mind we had an appetizer, burger, and chicken sandwich with one drink). That location personally reached out to him to find out more, they said the food was so bad because they are testing out an automated cooking system. So they are trying to get helpful feedback on it. No refund was offered or any kind of coupon. They just said thanks and ended the call. Would not recommend if you want good food.

Good food, great server Bailey. The food runner not so much. Ask for some dipping sauce, said she would get, but never came back with it. In the meantime food was getting cold waiting for it.

Worst service ever! May 5, 2023, around 6 pm. We sat there for 10 minutes, and then I asked a passing employee when someone would be with us. She said she’d check. She went over and spoke briefly to the hostess and never returned to our table. We sat there another 6-8 minutes before our waitress finally approached. She made no eye contact but instead fiddled with her phone while offering a very lame apology about the wait. We ordered our food, and it was brought by another server in a reasonable time. We didn’t see our waitress again, at least not at our table. She didn’t check to see how our meal was, refill our drinks or bottomless fries, nothing. We paid the bill at the table and left. I was so angry. The food was good, but not enough to make me sit through that experience again.

The radio/muzak was soooooo loud we could not hear each other talking, and it was very dark and dingy. That part was very un-enjoyable, and frustrating, especially since we were there to visit with family who came from California to visit us.
