Always a great experience here. Love the food and the service, it’s a little loud for me. Hard to hear your conversation if your having one. Bathrooms are clean and I like how management comes by to see how your visit was. Overall, great meal for a decent price.

Went for lunch on Tuesday about 11:30 the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.. was seated in the bar room.. had a awesome waiter named Mike. Food was amazing! Had the new type of mozzarella sticks they have now… recommend! I love not eating breakfast and getting early lunch… when it’s not crowded… we had a 10dollar off a 40.00 bill, on our rewards card which was nice… everything was 5 ⭐️’s today.

First time in this Burger joint & I have 2 problems with them !! The food was great, however for as few customers that were there, seemed like 17 minutes was a bit too long to get our food !! My burger was a bit overdone! The cheese had burned edges where it ran over the patty !! If they were that busy, maybe a second cook would be a good idea !! Seems like overkill ?? Not if people don’t return after waiting too long for a simple burger & coffee !! Spent what I think was a lot of money( $50) for what I got !! Food was good, just compared to a different places food !! We quit our other hangout because I thought a 3 1/2 oz burger ( after cooked) for $9+ was not good to eat ! Tasted like oatmeal & soy beans more then a hamburger !!

The food was good. Service was almost adequate. Our waiter was very personable, unfortunately that’s about as good as it got. Maybe I expect too much. He took forever to get our drinks. We both ordered ice water. When they came, mine had a big white lip mark on the brim. The waiter was apologetic, and got me a clean one, but never took the soiled one away. I tried to order the “bottomless” side salad. He told me I shouldn’t get it as a meal, because it was too small. I asked “isn’t it bottomless?” he said his manager would only let him give one or two helpings, then cut it off. He made me feel rushed. He stood over me suggesting items on the menu. At one point he asked if I liked “spicy” food. I said absolutely not. He recommended two hamburgers saying they were “the cheapest” ones they had. When I told him I was dieting, he suggested the grilled chicken. He said I could get it with the side salad, then said it only came with a side salad. I ordered it on his recommendation. Well, I had asked what came on the side salad and was told lettuce, cucumber, and cheese. That was why I didn’t get it as a meal. Turned out it came with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and corn chip strips. The Thousand island dressing was quite good. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken was very spicy. He delivered our food and apologized because all the knives were in the dishwasher. He said he would bring them out when they were done. By the time he came to check on us, my nephew was done eating. I was still waiting on a knife to cut my salad up. I had resorted to cutting one breast with my fork. I’m a diabetic, and had taken my insulin. When the waiter came back, he ask he I needed anything. I said “yes, a knife” he told me they were still in the dishwasher, but he would hand wash one for me. He came back 5 minutes later with it. Then, never came back to check on us for 20 minutes. My water was gone, my mouth was burning and no waiter. When he finally came back, I was done with all I could handle of the spicy chicken. I ask for the check, he pointed at the table “tablet” and told he how to use my card in it. Kind of came across as condescending. Then I told him, I was paying cash, he said in that case it will take a while. And explained what all was involved. I just wanted to pay and leave. 5 minutes later he came to get my money. Never told me the amount of the check. I had seen it on the screen, so knew how much to give him. 5 minutes later I told my nephew we were leaving. I wasn’t waiting for the $.70 change. Well that and 3 dollars was his tip. On a $40.00 check. I’m a decent tipper, when treated right. I felt I over tipped in this case.

Love Red Robin but wow definitely went down hill. Needs shut down and cleaned. Tables and booth seat was dirty, old crumbs everywhere. Bad smell in the place. Bartender helped us and was awesome cause waiter was nowhere to be found the majority of our meal. Manger brought our food out. I had 5 whole fries the rest where crumbs he looked at it and I started to say something, he didn’t let me say anything and walked away. Very disappointing especially from a manager. Was one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Probably will not return for awhile.

We love this Red Robin. The manager Keith is the absolute best! He is always there with a smile on his face and super welcoming! He’s always fun to talk to and goes above and beyond to make customers happy! Food was excellent and made fresh. We asked for a later pick up due to our drive and they made it fresh for us when we arrived which was amazing! The staff gets along well and they all seem to be having a good time! Kieth deserves a raise he is obviously doing things right!

We went with 30 people. The original host said he wouldn’t seat us, but the manager came and did an excellent job of explaining a reasonable wait time and the staff then did very well at taking care of both the adults and the kids. Food service was still quick and efficient.

My burger and bacon was under cooked. Restaurant was filthy. Felt like a grease film on the floor. Walls had food splatters, booths still had food on them. And the floor still had crumbs all over. Cups smelled like they had been sitting upside down on a musty damp rag. The place was disgusting. For $45 and being that it wasn’t busy. I expect the place to be clean and the food to be cooked. I use to love this place. It has gone so far down hill.

We’ve been to this Red Robin many many times over the years and will continue to go to this Red Robin many many more times. Never really ever had a bad experience at this location. Tonight our service was great. Was seated immediately. Regan in the bar area was awesome. She was bartending and serving the whole area very efficiently. Food quality was excellent as usual. My constructive suggestions for management are uniforms, nametags and to focus on cleanliness. The general clean on closing leaves much to desire. Floor corners need some attention, deep clean floors, chairs and tables. The bottles in the bar area are pretty dusty. Even if you deep clean a section at a time, progress will make a difference. I also suggest before opening have someone spray down or wet outside and sweep away the goose poop. Your entrance is where the impression starts and ends with your guests. Otherwise, overall great job and glad to see you are getting busy again!
