I was just thinking about my last visit to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brew, We were celebrating my grandson’s birthday. The entire family was there to celebrate his birthday! We all loved the tower of donuts and chocolate and caramel syrup that was provided. We were impressed with the way the staff cheered and sang Happy Birthday to him! I also took the time to secretly purchase several gift cards for each of my grandkids!

Came in here with my family, and we were very happy for what we had payed for. I was trying to look a for a good place to eat at the mall, and thought it was a good time to finally try out Red Robin, and it definitely did not disappoint. We were seated quickly and after ordering after food with a little wait, we got our food, and it was very enjoyable. I wish to come back in the future!

Man, I know it’s a large chain but I have to tell you their burger and fries were damn good! They have table tablets, but you can only pay on them, not order or call wait staff…kinda odd.

We were there on Saturday (1/31) between the lunch and dinner rush and had the worst experience. The place was not busy – maybe 3-5 tables of people at the most during our entire visit. However, our waiter, Luis, completely neglected us – to the point that it took us about two hours to complete our painful dinning experience. He took our drink orders and brought them within a reasonable amount of time, then didn’t come back for about 20-30 minutes after we said we needed just a little more time before placing our food orders. Once we placed the food orders, which were mostly burgers and salads (don’t take long to assemble/cook), it was at least another 30-40 minutes before the food made it to the table. He never checked on us or gave us an update on when the food would arrive. He just either tried networking with “important” patrons around us or mostly hung out chatting with the kitchen staff (we could see him). After we had pretty much finished eating, he finally came around to ask if we wanted more fries. I immediately said yes for everyone who had them because I was afraid if we didn’t say yes now, we’d never see him again. The fries he brought were hot, unlike the original ones on our plates, except one of the baskets had a frozen fry mixed in. When we were frustrated and desperate to leave, I waived Luis down and ask for the bill. When he brought it, my daughter noticed the drink on the bill that was supposed to come with my meal, but I never received it. When I asked Luis to just take the drink off the bill, he said he couldn’t, and that I could either leave with a to-go drink or nothing. I ask him for the to-go drink and to take my payment, which he replied that the device on the table should work to take my payment. When he brought me my receipt, I asked him if I could speak privately with him for a minute. I stepped slightly away from the table and out of earshot of others to give him his dignity, and I said that when he was around, he was great, but that we felt very neglected. I told him that I wasn’t complaining and that I would still tip him, but he would probably do better if he checked in more often or updated his customers. Luis did not take my helpful tips well. He just argued that that the beer tap was broken and that he had 12 tables all by himself, and on and on. So, I simply said, “So, you’re not willing to take any responsibility. Ok, have a nice day and good luck to you.”

We always got a red. Robin went shopping in the mall. This time was the best experience we’ve ever had. Thanks to our server Jessica! She was absolutely fantastic and one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Very friendly and thoughtful of her customers. She absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that we got everything we wanted and needed and then some. She even brought us out fries as soon as we placed our order, knowing that my daughter was very hungry by her comment. We always stop in, but we’ll be asking for her every time!

We ate at Red Robin at the Citrus Park Mall in Tampa for the first time ever, and I have to say—five stars all the way!
First of all, bottomless sides—WHAT?! I didn’t order them, but they were offered, which is amazing. Bella and I both ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak fries with Red Robin’s original seasoning were the bomb.
The pricing was very reasonable, and the atmosphere was perfect. There was conversation around us, but it was low enough that we could still enjoy our own private conversation. The ambience was wonderful, and the décor was very nice as well.
The management and staff were extremely professional. Marcus, the manager, was very sweet, as were all of the waiters and waitresses.
If you’ve never been, you definitely need to check it out—highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maddie was my server, and this was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. She took my life-threatening food allergies very seriously and was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my visit. It was a truly outstanding experience, and I hope she receives the recognition and raise she deserves.

This location was highly recommended. It was my first time ever eating here. Our Watress Ms. Debbie was the sweetest. It was my newphews 12th bday and she went up and beyond. The kitchen Manager/Cook Mr. Bailey was amazing. He brought our food out and made sure we had everything we needed. Alex went up and beyond as well, the whole team tonight was fantastic. Its hard now and days to find good genuine kindness. I felt like I was back in the days at a nice mom and pop stop. The food portion and prices were awesome. We had 6 in our party and Paid $64 bucks. They offer bottomless mac with side for kids up to 11 yrs, bottomless fries and house salad. Happy hour 3pm to 6pm for a few differentthings not just drinks. $5 Margaritas. I’d definitely come back and recommend this location.

Red Robin is always solid and filling. I had the Backyard BBQ Burger, a limited addition to the menu. It was very good, and I always enjoy the RR fries. The fries tonight were lukewarm, and I declined additional fries for once. I appreciate bartender Lewis taking care of us.
