Husband took me here for my 70th birthday. LaTeisha was our waitress, she was patient, courteous and polite. The gentleman she was training is going to be a great asset to the franchise also. I had the biggest steak they offer and my husband had their shrimp. Steak cooked to perfection and husband kept raving in between bites of his.

We love the store. My family and I eat there all the time. I was not feeling too well so we tried the takeout option. My arrival was around 6:30pm we show up there was no where to park. Then when we were able to get a park, we notified we were there. It wasn’t too long, we received our food 6:50 ish. We get home with the food. I had 3 orders. 2 out of 3 were done right. The bone in Ribeye was to be mid rare and it turned out mid well, borderline well. And the Brussels sprouts were way too burnt. Being in the restaurant would be easy to fix, but when you do takeout you pretty much get what you get. Which is such a disappointment

The longhorn at this location should be proud of this location. We’d have magnificent customer service with our server whose name was tamisha j. We asked for the cook personally (Chris) to thank him because the food was perfect. He simply stated thank you, I simply made it the way I would like for my own food to taste. I’ve been To other longhorn locations in the 757, and by far this one was the best. Well done. (Pics we had already started eating.)

The waitress forgot the baked potato literally that’s it everything was great ! With a tip it came out to $113 for appetizers the fried onions and chicken wings..the lemon garlic chicken with asparagus and Caesar salad a steak and shrimp add lobster with a potato and broccoli.

We visited this past Saturday to celebrate my uncle’s 60th birthday. While my uncle had called ahead for a party of 25, there were initially some challenges getting a group of our size seated. The staff did explain upfront that they don’t typically host parties that large, so we did experience a long wait, but we appreciated the heads-up.

Once we were seated, the food was delicious! I wish I could remember our server’s name because she did a phenomenal job. Managing a table of 25 is no small feat, and she handled it with grace and efficiency. Despite the wait, the service and the meal made for a great celebration!

This was our first and last time here. It was very obvious that management was the issue. Only 50% of the tables are full on a Saturday night but the struggle is real! We were told a 20 minute wait and an hour later we had a seat. Once seated it took another 20 minutes for our server to come to the table. We had to go back to the hostess stand to ask who our server was to eventually get one. We have been at this table now for 40 minutes and had to ask for silverware to get the butter out for the bread they brought. I really don’t care what the food tastes like at this point it is obvious that staffing is the issue and that is a direct reflection of management. They have turned away so many people while tables are empty. This place is losing major revenue $$$$ by the minute.This was the classic margarita tonight, came to the table missing the salt rim. Not shocked!

The food was really good. I had a medium rare sirloin with loaded mash potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection.
The waitress was amazing which is the only reason I’m giving it a 4. Besides the waitress there was nothing good about the service. it took forever for the food to arrive. One might be thinking, maybe it was crowded. That would be a reasonable thought; however, that was not the case. Only 8 ppl in the restaurant during this meal.

I wasn’t impressed. The service was okay but not good. The food wasn’t that good either. The waitress brought our drinks pretty quickly. I thought the tea was okay but my son thought it wasn’t sweet enough. It took a while to bring bread to our table and when she did, the butter was hard. There was no way it would spread. My son thought the Parmesan crusted spinach dip was good but the pita chips were a bit greasy. I tried it, but didn’t care for it. I ordered the steakhouse cheeseburger but it didn’t have much flavor. It was supposed to come with their signature burger sauce but I guess they forgot that step. I also had the steakhouse mac & cheese. It was okay. I really like mac & cheese but theirs was just okay, nothing to rave about. When the waitress took away my plate, it took her a long time to bring the check ( and the restaurant wasn’t all that busy). It’s doubtful I will return.

Definitely not my first visit but I had to post these stuffed mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. The stuffed mushrooms have a signature Parmesan and garlic cheese crust and served over a creamy four cheese sauce, literally perfect combination. The Brussels sprouts were delicious and the marinade they used to cook them in was perfect. My streak was of course spot on OutLaw Ribeye This steakhouse is literally hands down the best around. I absolutely love the consistency.

I had a fantastic dining experience yesterday at LongHorn Steakhouse in Hampton, VA, and I want to especially thank Tomika for her incredible service!

Tomika was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure we were comfortable at all times, bringing everything we needed without us even having to ask. Her attention to detail stood out—she started by bringing our salad first, followed by a delicious shrimp appetizer, and then came the star of the evening: the biggest T-bone steak I’ve ever seen!

The steak was perfectly cooked (medium), and thanks to the marinade and seasoning, even the pink parts were tender and flavorful. The sear on the outside was beautiful, and the portion was generous—easily over a pound.

The atmosphere at LongHorn was cozy and welcoming. There was a comfortable waiting area near the reception, which was a nice touch for those waiting for a table.

And let me say—the prices were amazing. That huge T-bone steak, with two sides, was around $35, which I found to be an excellent value for the quality and portion.

Thank you again, Tomika, for making our evening so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
