Someone is going to get hurt @ this location. The floor is slicker than ice. Wet floor signs everywhere but the floors aren’t wet. The floors are greasy & dirty. Food is great. Staff is nice , friendly & helpful. This is simply a Safety issue. The dining room is also not clean. I won’t be back unfortunately. Please be careful if you visit this location.

YIKES! Beware this place has trash everywhere, homeless man sleeping inside and actual children working that I’m almost positive we’re underage. No one were in uniforms the food was cold. Honestly I wasn’t going eat it even if I thought it was fresh. The tables had not been cleaned in hours and the trash was piled so high I had to walk out immediately. This is totally unacceptable for a restaurant and I will never return. Oh and the drink machine that was covered in snot had no ice or flavors to even choose from. I’m appalled this place is the face of Vanderbilt Commodores.

I have come to the conclusion that I expect too much when ordering food online. I asked for Chili Cheese Baked Potatoe because the fries are usually hard and cold. Got charged for the custom order and I got chili cheese fries. Grant it, they are both potatoes but I did not want the fries. I should have double ✔️ the bag but I had to leave once they gave me the order in drive thru. I did not receive any utensils to eat with the fries. The reason I did not call or go back was because I didn’t want anything special done to my food. Not worth the hassle. Folks, never assume your order is correct and always double check before driving off even if you are holding up the line a few extra seconds.

This morning Nov. 19 @ 9am, I was picking up my mobile order in store when the white woman working the drive thru was extremely rude to both me and her coworker. She yelled at me from across the kitchen to ask what my order was and when i couldnt here hear her, her tone became more infuriated and rolled her eyes while scrawling at me. This happened right after she proceeded to berade her coworker coming up front. Do better Wendy’s. There is no reason for such hostility. You do not have to work this job.

I usually have a great experience at this store. No matter what day or time of day. That was not my experience tonight. My roommate’s sandwich was made incorrectly and we were told they couldn’t make sure the bacon was crispy because it’s what was made in the morning so whatever they have is what you get. His sandwich was supposed to be mayo only and they add ketchup. The fries were soggy and the nuggets looked only partially cooked. We were told before even placing our order that since it was close to closing all of our food would have to be prepared to order. We waited about 10 minutes or longer only to get the food get home and discover all of this. Such a disappointment because honestly out of all the burger places in Paris Wendy’s was always my go to place. If you can’t take pride in your job and make sure the orders are prepared properly and hot and fresh then you maybe should get a different job. And before anyone says I’m just bashing these kids. I grew up working in restaurants and fast food my entire life with my mother as a waitress and Grandparents who ran a restaurant.

Theyre great during the day but at night they can’t read or they just purposely do everything wrong. If you order a bacon cheeseburger it won’t have bacon. If you order a spicy chicken sandwich you get regular. And if you order it plain they just refry it and it’ll still have mayonnaise on it in some spots.

Biggest issue is the drive through line, just doesn’t seem to move with any urgency. I’ve only sat in line 1 of the 3 times I’ve visited recently so it’s either not being addressed to staff or not cared much about. Reoccurring issue as simple as this one needs attention.

Pretty standard Wendy’s experience. The place looked like it was up to date aesthetically and they kept it clean. Girl at the register needed to check her attitude, but we all have our days I guess.
