Tonight for Veteran’s Day, I got off work a little late and made it in before you guys closed. I dined at the bar. I don’t recall my servers name but she was the bartender and the guy there with her. These were two of the most pleasant servers I’ve ever experienced. Their conversation was amazing and much needed after a long day at work.

If you come to this location, absolutely ask for Tia, she’s the best server I have ever had. The pinnacle of what service should be. Sweet, attentive, knowledgeable, and a true go getter. The drinks were so good, we tried the fizzy sodas they sell, beer was great, and food was amazing quality. Worth any amount of wait!

I didn’t actually get the chance to eat here, but I still had such a great experience that I felt it deserved a review.
I accidentally placed my online order at the wrong location, and the manager went above and beyond to help me fix it. They were patient, kind, and walked me step-by-step through canceling the order so I could place it at the correct store without any stress.
It would’ve been easy to brush it off since it was my mistake, but instead they made the whole situation smooth and hassle-free. That level of customer service really stood out to me. Thank you!

I haven’t been here in a long time and it is still very good and tasty! That’s a great thing a restaurant can do is keep it consistent. I ordered the haystack burger as a lettuce wrap and it was soooo amazing! I added bacon and it was the perfect texture. Not chewy, not too crisp, and add great flavor. My drink is the titos advertised cocktail. It was refreshing!

While this isn’t the cheapest location for what essentially an American burger and pizza joint, it was pretty good. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was pretty darn good too. I had the queso burger, which was fun (see video) and two of our party had pizzas. The pizzas were done well, with plenty of toppings and a not too crispy base, but just right. The queso burger had plenty of jalapeños inside to give it a little kick, and the queso rocks with its chorizo and added flavour.

Great service. Our server was patient and attentive. We ordered some margaritas, fish n chips, onion rings, wings. The fish n chips was fantastic, fresh and crispy. The chips were great too not too oily and flavorful. Onion rings were very crispy, but oily that was expected. The larger margarita was okay. Our second round was in smaller portion and had more flavor. Overall, great place compared to the Buffalo Wild Wings next door that has horrible service and management.

I have to give a special shout-out to the dessert – I ordered the chocolate fudge brownie with ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, warm, and perfectly gooey, with just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect way to end the meal. I’ll definitely be coming back for that dessert alone!

The only thing this restaurant has going for it is the convenient location at the mall. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing.
My husband ordered the fish and onion rings, and both tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. I thought I couldn’t go wrong with a house salad, but the cucumbers tasted like they had been cut hours earlier and left sitting out. We didn’t even receive our drinks until after our food was brought to the table, and my daughter’s burger was made incorrectly and had to be sent back.
For the quality of food we received, the prices were ridiculous. I used the restroom before we left, and it was not clean at all, which just added to the poor impression.
We had hoped for a good meal, but sadly, we won’t be returning.
