The best McDonald’s experience I have ever had. The team working was extremely polite. The food was hot and accurate. The restaurant was clean and cheerfully decorated. They “Grinch” was giving out balloons to the kids and it was just an overall enjoyable experience. In the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle, it was nice to see holiday cheer being extended.

When I say this McDonalds is by FAR outside of any McDonald’s experience you’ve ever had. I have never received such a high quality of customer service anywhere. All of the managers and staff are remarkable. The food is always hot and fresh and they truly go out of their way to make sure it’s right. They are so friendly and never once resolve an issue less than your expectation. The manager Jackie truly makes the whole energy there productive and warm. It’s clean and organized every time you walk in. This particular location needs to be rewarded somehow for the awesome jobs they do!! I will pass 3 other locations just to come to this one.

Stopped in for breakfast with my daughter before shopping at Walmart for their Christmas outfits. The food was brought out to our table very promptly and the service was more than adequate. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with a peppermint iced coffee and my daughter got the breakfast burrito combo with an orange juice. Everything was delicious.

2401 wonder dr. McDonald’s evening manager is so rude and loud to the employees. When you order online, we’re on the app you cannot get a children’s cheeseburger. There is no way to add cheese at all, so I asked at the store they could add it and the manager got mad at the employee for adding it

Okay hear me out…. It’s a McDonald’s right…. You probably cracked out to think this could be a 5 stars….ya know? We ALWAYS had issues with McDonald’s in general, always an order wrong, something is missing, quality was poor, something was always wrong right?
Well, we went here twice now in the last 3 weeks, and it went well. Order was right, food was hot and tasted quite good. This time we got the Buffalo Chicken Snack Wrap Meal, and got the cookies and the sweet potato pie, and it was really good. Thank God you know…..you go to McDonald’s and think, “…you know you’re paying for cheap food bro, don’t expect much….”but this was a nice surprise… Definitely get the chocolate chip cookies. They were smackin on all cylinders for a fast food cookie, especially if you’re quite buzzed!

Everything here sucks, i had came in today with some of my allowance to buy myself some food and little did i know the wait was gonna be 1 hour, my friends ordered food and the food he ordered was cold. As we asked for redo on the food, the food was cold once again. After that i ordered 3 cookies on the kioski i had to wait 47 minutes. Honestly this place sucks all the customers said the same thing.

They need to train better here, I got 2 Big Mac and both missing the 1st meat and topping and I waited over 30 minutes for everything to be wrong with my food. The fires was cold and both was the wrong size and the chicken nuggets was cold and not cooked all the way. As long as I waited the food should at least been warm or hot. I should have went back up there to get food done right or my money back but i knew they don’t have enough worker today and I would hate for someone to become rude or disrespectful or do something to my food just because I want it done over. This already had me up set and a waste of money today. This use to be my go to for McDonald’s I pass 3 just to get to them but not after today.

Very dirty and nasty. Staff is always dirty and get your orders wrong almost every time. If you like cold food. And getting your order wrong. This is the McDonald’s you’re looking for. Sad, If you want cold food and prejudice service this is the place. Make room for loyal business to serve our community and represent NC. Not a good decision to eat here. I would not waist my money on this plastic food.
