Great little Waffle House to get your fix of quick, tasty, and filling food. I went with the chicken has platter with scrambled eggs and cheesy grits. Service is fast and friendly, and pleasant. Seemed safe, and calm at midnight too. Good experience, and recommended.

Just got off of the plane at the Savannah airport and was looking for someplace decent to eat. It was late. Stopped in this waffle House and to my pleasure from the friendly greeting and to the food I was impressed! There were two gentlemen on the grill and I mean to tell you they were slinging some food. Watching them work in harmony, these guys impressed, waffle House, you are lucky to have them. So impressed I had to tip them both! Thank you!

Cute little place for a quick dinner stop. Clean, everywhere you look. Good chicken sandwich but hostess could learn some humor and more pleasant customer service: no personality whatsoever but hey, what do you expect!!! The cook Joe, am amazing young man, extremely pleasant and well poised, now he made the entire meal well worth it. Thank you Joe, keep up this unique and amazing personality.

The young lady (light skinned, short, braids) working takeout orders was nonchalant and rude. I asked for my bacon crispy and it was half cooked (never saw her tell chef), I mistakenly ordered the wrong melt and sent it back (she was mad…poor customer service). From the beginning of my order she barely spoke and pretty much threw my food at me. This waffle house used to be the best in Pooler, GA. Although the other employees were upbeat, energetic, and polite, unfortunately due to customer service of the at the takeout counter it has gone down.

my boyfriend and I just left there and the food was good however the service was TERRIBLE. every server in there was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL for NO REASON. the waiter tried to sneak and charge us a Togo fee despite us eating IN STORE. then the manager proceeded to LIE to me and tell me that was a rule ( not knowing that I work FOR WAFFLE HOUSE SO I KNOW IT ISNT A RULE ) long story short – this establishment will get NO MORE OF MY MONEY. we asked for plastic silverware because the forks and plates were DIRTY & received attitude and terrible service as a result. I’m giving it 1 star but if I could do ZERO I would. 0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND MAINTAIN YOUR PEACE!

I came in to first waffle house experience in Georgia, the home of Waffle House. I was offered a seat anywhere. We chose a booth by the exterior and the waitress was eagerly ready to take our orders.
She was on top of our refills, anticipated our needs, and was very friendly.
The food came quick, was hot & fresh, and tasted delicious.

Waffle House…just nothing like it! I don’t know why, but every one I’ve been to has just been a fun, funky, joyful experience. The food? It’s actually pretty good…best grilled cheese sandwich I’ve had in years! The service…wow…what can I say…fast, friendly, and ENTERTAINING!!! And they’re all like that. It’s not fine dining, but the dining experience is just fine (and fun).

In Korea, there are many 24-hour restaurants. However, in the US, such places are rare. Late at night, we were hungry and happened upon this place by chance. The meal was truly fantastic. The server working the night shift was especially kind and attentive.
