First time I’ve EVER visited a Red Robin. Julie gave awesome customer service to me and my Family! – thank you. She was training April, so I’m sure she will be just as great. Our order was perfect. The Royal Robin (hamburger with all the fixings and a sunny side up egg on it!) was great, and you can never go wrong with “bottomless fries.” Red Robin’s menu has decent price points. The atmosphere is comfortable. We will surely return (all the way from Stafford!).

Friendly ambience, excellent service. That bottomless freckled lemonade is delicious! Great food, that includes vegan options, and a good variety of beers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Not that great. The burger itself was good; the appetizer seemed like it was just frozen and deep fried. We went in for dinner on a weeknight, and although the place was pretty empty, the service was SLOW….I ordered a Margarita that took a good twenty minutes to arrive, right before the burger. The table/booth was greasy and shabby – the place looks tired. It’s part of the dying Fashion Square mall – I bet it was a good place 15-20 years ago, but now….not so much.

Place was discussing! Everything was dirty looking every piece of glass in the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year( must’ve ran out of Glass cleaner) service was terrible 4 people in the place at the time server never came back to check on us or nothing! When we left the cook was out in the parking lot smoking weed! Place was a joke!!! Have gone to the one in Roanoke, VA and it was great loved it! I don’t know what’s up with Charlottesville location it sucks!

Arrived at 5:00 was told there would be a 25 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes was told 10 more minutes, after waiting 25 more minutes went back up and was told that they only had one server. I understand being understaffed, but stop telling me different times. People were leaving, but they weren’t sitting any new guests. Red Robin was always my favorite restaurant and we don’t live close to one, so we made a special trip tonight for mothers day. There was only 2 of us. So sad.

While we normally enjoy Red Robin, this location wasn’t allowing in-restaurant dining. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what, but it was a thorough disappointment, especially for my four kids. Don’t know if we’ll go to this location again.
