This Red Robin seems like it’s on its way out. I have been to many on both coasts, and this one just has a vibe of we will be shutting down next week. Seems a little dingy. The food was good. Loved my burger and fries. Tried the pizza they serve now, and it’s okay, but not on par with the quality of their burgers. Service was good. Despite bringing the wrong order and spilling ranch on the floor, the waitress took good care of us, and I can’t ask for more. All in all, everything was okay, but not as good as other Red Robins. Go see what ya think.

First time I’ve EVER visited a Red Robin. Julie gave awesome customer service to me and my Family! – thank you. She was training April, so I’m sure she will be just as great. Our order was perfect. The Royal Robin (hamburger with all the fixings and a sunny side up egg on it!) was great, and you can never go wrong with “bottomless fries.” Red Robin’s menu has decent price points. The atmosphere is comfortable. We will surely return (all the way from Stafford!).

Place was pretty much empty, but had to wait to be seated (?) 10+ minutes, Due to some Covid excuse.
Food was served hot and seemed fresh and arrived quickly.
My visit took a turn after visiting the restroom. That experience left a sour place in my visit. Made me seriously question the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant.
Everything was good up to that point.
I rated 4 stars, but could have easily been 3. Your waitress made up the difference there.

The burger I had was well prepared and tasty. The sweet ‘tater fries were damn good! They were the perfect size and cooked to crispiness. The service was attentive while not being imposing.
The beer selection there is mediocre at best. They don’t serve many craft brews. It’s mostly mass market lagers like Coors, Miller, Bud, etc.

Decided to give Red Robin a shot after being away for many years to try their new offering of the Impossible Burger. Having tried the Impossible Burger at another establishment, I had an idea of what to expect. Unfortunately, Red Robin did not do the burger justice. The bun was dry and the burger was also overcooked to the point of dryness. Maybe others will have better luck as the team gets more experience with cooking the Impossible Burger.

Honestly it was dirty. One of the waiters kept walking by the bar and did not pick up the trash around the bar. It was slow. Also the bathrooms made me really question how the health department allows this place to stay open.I wish I would have taken a picture of the bathrooms but I just don’t think a picture could describe it. The smell in the restaurant makes me believe they just don’t clean. Food was okay. The waitress was great.

Delicious hamburgers! Usually, I can only eat one-half at a time. Really nice salad with both iceberg & romaine lettuce. Friendly & attentive staff. Every year, I make it a point to come here for my Birthday Burger and, every year, I am not disappointed. The fruit salad is so refreshing.

A few months ago every time I tried to go into Red Robin there was nobody there meaning as in staff, it was just closed. I called this week because we wanted to try to eat there again for our lunch outing at an assisted living community that I work at. I have to say this was the BEST experience that I have had with any restaurant ordering food. We had at least 15 orders. Nathaniel is who took our order and he was wonderful! My co-worker & myself sat there to wait for the food. The food actually came out surprisingly fast. Nathaniel made sure that we went through the entire order to make sure that everything was there. I took it back to the community that I work at and all of the food was excellent. We didn’t have any issues of anything being wrong,everything cooked perfectly. We can’t wait to come back! Red Robin staff,Thank You for you’re great service!
