I took my son here to celebrate his birthday for lunch on the 9th of January. The foodband service was great. So good that I went there 3 times in 3 days with a different child each day. They offer gluten free options and unfortunately I can no longer handle american wheat. I also have a dairy sensitivity that has affected me for 15 years or so. The food here never causes any issues and I’m sensitive enough that cross contamination affects me quite seriously. The servers (3 different ones) were all amazing. They had beautiful personalities and made my children feel special, as well as providing timely service and staying on top of drinks and french fries (as they have free refill on fries).
The main complaint I have is with the claw game they have in the entrance. It is a Sugar Loaf brand game that has a scanable code on the glass of the game. When I used my phone to scan the code for access to the offered free plays it sent me a virtual gift card for 5 free plays and instructed me to add the gift to my google wallet to access the free plays. When I followed the directions and then held my phone to the payment device withe the free plays on the screen, it managed to switch to my credit card also stored in my Google wallet and removed 5 dollars from my account. Feeling I had made an error. I removed my card as the primary payment method and tried again. Once again it switched to my credit card and took another 5 dollars from my account. Since that day some place in Germany somehow had attempted to remove just over 200 dollars 2 times without my permission.i have now had to cancel that card and am in the process of getting a new card. I am unsure if this is the cause of the attempted fraud but the ony other uses of that card were at the airport and a well known gas station. Please avoid this claw machineand report any issues you have as after this theft I have felt fairly violated. Otherwise I love this place, the food and service are always great.

Best impossible burger I’ve had. Fries were warm and crisp and I had a small caesar salad that was very good. Staff is very friendly. I go there at least once a month for lunch and I’m never disappointed.

It’s been a long time since I visited a Red Robin, I don’t know or remember why they left Long Island but I thought they were doing well. Nevertheless, the burger was delicious, nicely seasoned and toppings fresh. The fries were good, the seasoning salt was fantastic, the portions were more than fair. The refills on drinks and fries adds to a great value. The service was friendly and efficient. So happy to return after all these years.

I came here excited for a burger. My expectations were met even higher! Sydney, our amazing server not only checked in frequently, but made sure everything was perfect. She even helped me with my allergies and made sure I was satisfied. Would 100% come back for food and to sit in her section!

Burger was good, although they over cooked mine. They gave me the wrong side. They forgot to put onion straws on the one burger and when we told our waitress who was absent for most of our dinner, she forgot to take it off of our bill. And she had us pay through the tablet on the table and she was again no where to be found. Over priced burger for the service and atmosphere. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper and paper towels were not working

This Red Robin didn’t disappoint! The onion rings were amazing, the burgers were delicious, and the service was outstanding. V was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. Best service I’ve had in a long time—will definitely be back!

Went to one of the restaurants next door for lunch and didn’t even meet our server after half an hour. So we walked over to Red Robin and got Bryce as our server. Dude had our drinks out to us almost immediately and we had food faster that the amount of time we waited next door. Bryce crushed it, food was great.

The purple (prickly pear) lemonade is very good, if a bit sweet for me. The onion rings and fried pickles are always winners.
The Red’s Signature Margarita was underwhelming and the Caesar side salad a bit soggy.
The employees were lovely and did their job well.
As to facilities, the decor was lovely, but the bathroom was a bit shoddily maintained.
