We ordered here for the first time and I was very excited. The price was just right. I got the sushi and it was pretty good. My husband got chinese and the meal was ok but the fried rice was not very good. I tried it and totally agree. He said it best, It tasted like white rice with food coloring. I would really love to see it improved. It’s disappointing because we have been trying to find a new Chinese take out.

I’ve ordered a couple times from here and every experience has gotten worse and worse but this was the last straw. The crab Rangoon was solid??? It’s supposed to have cream cheese and it tasted like flavorless jello. The coconut chicken was bland and cold. It took an hour and 20 mins from ordering to getting it delivered. I understand Saturdays are busy but the food was horrible. I called and let them know the Rangoon was solid and their rebuttal was a discount on my next order. I’m never ordering again. Stinks this is the closest place to bath.

The sushi burrito was fine. The hunan beef was not very flavorful.

After further inspection, the lettuce was freezing at the bottom and brown which leads me to believe they freeze and reheat their food. What are these reviews about freshness??? Threw everything out.

Food portions are phenomenal, the classics are good and have solid flavor, their Wonton Soup is surprisingly incredibly good. Only dinging a star because their fried rice is the blandest. However the quality of the Entrees is what has me order from here over anywhere else.

Please I beg of you, improve your fried rice, it’s cooked well but.. where is the seasoning if this improves I will change to 5 star!!

Was my first time tried a couple days ago I was trying to make order through the website and I wasn’t able to place my order , their online website much complicated needs to work on and fix it ASAP plus their prices is different than website on the website prices it’s seems cheaper on website when I got that issue placing my order I called them on phone twice because I have no option and probably that’s the worst step I’ve ever made I was just telling the owner lady my order step by step from the website she’s having trouble to understand me I’ve repeated same meal 10 times to got it right plus she has attitude and seems rude and yelling I know this is their way to talk but you have to be a little nice to your customers after having hard time I place my order and she wants to charge me 6 dollars extra than the original price on website
Owner lady start discussing with me about pricing and she wants to tell me that she’s right so after hard time dealing with her i decided to move on
Dealing with her is very hard she doesn’t even listen or let you know
She needs to learn how to understand English simply and try to listen till the end to their customers without interrupting them and without yelling or giving attitude
I’ve called them twice first time i got mad so i said forget about order and she leave the line open 10 minutes I was listening to them talking so I disconnected the line and called again to order because I was hungry and working I have no option and when i go there I tried to explain to the guy and then she come over I told her about prices and they have to fix their website as soon as possible even though after all of this she didn’t say sorry or anything
They have to learn how to deal with different people and being nice not rude
I have to be honest I like their food it is good
I got box of sushi for me and two meals, avocado salad is fine too so that’s why I give them only 3 stars because of their food
Otherwise I’ll put zero star for their customer service and protocol conversation

In my opinion-the freshest and best tasting Chinese restaurant in the Lehigh Valley! The portions are Massive. The sushi is awesome and fresh. I’ve only had delivery, but they wrap up and tape the delivery order (3rd party delivers) so it can’t be tampered with…which I LOVE! I had friends over last Saturday night and we ordered. It was delivered HOT, all dishes were there, and they threw in an extra meal in our order with a sticker on it stating “Support Small Business…THANK YOU!” Prices are very reasonable for the size of the portions. I’ve never had a bad meal from them! Everyone raved about their food.

Such a rude lady at register and claiming to be the owner and have no respect for customers. Placed a delivery order through their website and food was never marked as ready for a driver to be assigned when called the restaurant she stated come pick up your order even when we paid for delivery. When went to pick up order she never refunded for delivery charges and instead started yelling for no reason. WORST customer service ever

I’ve visited Jin Long Restaurant in Bath, PA several times and want to share a balanced perspective. The food is consistently good, and the portion sizes are generous — definitely a highlight. Most of the staff are courteous and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by the behavior of the owner. Despite the overall positive environment, the owner appears to have a very hostile attitude, particularly towards customers using food vouchers from the company where I work. Every time I visit with a voucher, I feel unwelcome and treated with suspicion, as if I’m doing something wrong. It’s unclear whether this stems from dissatisfaction with the agreement the restaurant has with the voucher company, but as a customer, it is uncomfortable and disappointing.

It’s a real shame because the food and service from the rest of the staff deserve praise. However, the owner’s attitude is doing serious harm to their brand and customer experience. I truly hope they address this issue before it drives loyal customers away.
