Great location with parking lot adjacent to Spark Hotel. We were able to get our son a delicious, filling meals after his race day. He got a pulled pork sandwich, cole slaw, Mac and cheese. The staff was very friendly, offering my son a menu, allowing us the time to decide without rushing us, politely excusing herself to seat someone who arrived after us, and patiently taking the time to allow our son to select crayons. We ordered, went up the street, came back for pickup and to our hotel. Seems like an enjoyable spot to sit and dine in. Would definitely visit again, and would go regularly, if we lived nearby.

We were there for a birthday dinner on a Sunday around 6pm and seeing the menu we thought it would be a good place to celebrate, we arrived there were about 10 people, the place had only three tables with customers including ours, 20 minutes had actually passed and the waitress didn’t come to the table or even look at us until one of us decided to go get her, we ordered the food and drinks, some of them she didn’t bring, other dishes were missing sides and even when we told her she didn’t bring them, she never asked if we wanted another drink, she NEVER cleared the plates or glasses, she didn’t bring napkins, she never came back to the table at all, I felt somewhat frustrated and normally I don’t like to expose anyone to a manager or boss but it got so much that I decided to go look for a manager and guess what? I felt worse, I started by telling him that we had been waiting a long time for service and that our plates hadn’t even been removed. He only offered me a discount and NEVER PICKED UP THE PLATES OR DID ANYTHING AT ALL. Then the bill came and was charging us for everything wrong. The food is good for the kitchen, but the service starting with the management is terrible. I do not recommend it. I’m leaving some photos of the other tables and mine full of plates, and I don’t have photos of the staff chatting and doing nothing. They also include 20% gratuity on the bill, which I did not like.

My husband and I had the opportunity to dine in at Smokey Bones this weekend located near Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, VA. We enjoyed their new menu items, to top it off we enjoyed their all day Happy Hour . The Bartender Kureen and Ms Joan were very friendly and even made our experience even more welcoming with their bar and food selections! Thank you so much @smokeybones of Woodbridge, VA!

Very friendly staff. I called ahead to check and they were fine with me bringing my dog in. The vibe and staff made me feel welcomed. Food came out quickly and my server was attentive. The only downside was the food, which felt average for the price. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made with half real potato and half instant mix.

My friend and I come to Smokey Bones consistently because the atmosphere, food, and service never disappoint. It’s always a laid-back, welcoming spot to relax and enjoy good drinks and food. Sitting at the bar is always a great experience, especially when the Bartender Trent is working.
Every time we sit at the bar, he remembers us, keeps the energy great, and always makes sure our drinks are perfect. His service is consistent, friendly, and effortless, and he really knows how to create a welcoming vibe. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. First & foremost, this will be a lengthy one. This is my 2nd time back & I have to say that I am even more impressed than the first. My girl & I sat at the bar b/c we knew our Happy Hour food choice we would make . However we were so happy taken aback by the choice of drink. Our bartenders Stefanie & Abdullah were absolutely phenomenal! Service was great, food was fantastic, & the drinks were such an exciting surprise that open up my pallet. I truly want to recommend all to come by & try the food , the drinks, or great conversation with your bartender/server! Will be back 100%. Thank you the Smokey Bones team!

I absolutely love coming here for food n drinks with my friends. We love to get together at the bar on Mondays for Monday night football, and Tuesdays for hockey. Trent, the bartender on shift those nights, is very friendly, charming, and great at his job. He makes the bar feel like home. His service is always A-1, and the drinks are always strong. The food here is tasty, I always enjoy the chicken tenders n fries while watching the games. Their Mac n cheese is pretty good too! If you’re looking for a good place to watch the games and enjoy good company and a great atmosphere, Smokey Bones is the place to go!

Wow, I have to say it’s been awhile since I been to Smokey Bones but I’m happy I came in today. Brittany was amazing with her welcoming & chill vibe. She was great with our drinks also. Gotta get the Smokey Margarita! Highly recommend! The food was so good. Smokehouse wing 10/10 & let me not forget the Mini Magnachos! 10/10

This was my first time at Smokey Bones. It was a Monday night so it wasn’t super busy.
Our server was LaShavia P. SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! Smiling at everyone she encountered. No matter the request, she was always willing to assist. In between getting our food, drinks, condiments and napkins, she was busting tables as well. Every time she passed our table she asked if we were doing okay. Simply amazing server. She made my experience so enjoyable!!!!!!
My burger was a little dry but I knew better ordering well done. All in all great experience thanks to LaShavia
