This was our first visit to a red robin. We went to the Augusta location. Hubby had the ribs and I had the Kentucky chicken sandwich. Everything was amazing. Our waitress, Jennifer was super helpful and really friendly. The flavors of the food made my taste buds tingle forcing me to do a happy dance in my seat!

My Granddaughters loved it. Waitress was attentive and brought their food promptly – & 1st!! I love when restaurant staff pay attention to the youngest people present – they have the shortest attention span but are the easiest to please. I would not eat here solo because this kinda food is not good for my waist. And yet I’ll come back again and again because I live for these sweet little girls. And if they’re screaming Red Robin – then Red Robin it is!!!

My wife and I frequented one specific location in South Jordan, Utah. We always had a great experience. Yesterday, while driving through Augusta, Maine, we saw the familiar sign and had to visit. It did not disappoint. The Mad Love burger was prepared exactly the same as the 2,500-mile distant location we were used to. My wife and her Eight year old’s pallet (no veggies) thoroughly enjoyed her ketchup only pig out burger with garlic fries. As new residents, it’s the little familiar things that help us feel more at home. UPDATE … The wife and I paid another visit this afternoon as the final stop in Augusta. Loved it once again and had a free appetizer to boot.

It’s a affordable dining experience, with amazing staff. I’ve been going here since I was 8 years old. The menu has definitely changed since then but I still come back for the way I’m treated there. Cristy I believe was my last waitress and she was just a peach. Relatable great at explaining the menu and helpful in every area. She deserves a raise for sure!

Usually we are happy as this place isnt as busy so we can get in and out. Took a few minutes to even be greeted at the door. Then longer then expected to take our order, not asked how everything was after a few bites so had to flag our server down, refill on fries was 12-15 minutes, freezing cold in there as well. People behind us had to flag down server via another server too. I understand short staff but dont seat people unless you can serve them.Not fair for the server, although she had 4 tables and food runners. ♀️

We come here quite regularly and come and request Kristy who works as bartender/waitress. She’s a pleasure to see. Personable but professional and always good customer service. I had a blue ribbon burger which I get all the time, incredibly happy it’s back on the menu. The fries weren’t hard so very tasty and easy to eat. The mud pie for dessert is very filling for $9.99, do not get two, I recommend on sharing because it is huge. My husband had the bacon cheese fondue burger. He had no complaints other than his side of cole slaw was dry.
Overall, restaurant 4 stars, waitress 5 stars. Thank you for a great experience! ❤️

Really disappointed with Red Robin. Placed a large order on the app only to find out our order never went through because one of the meals wasn’t available. No one called me to tell me. Never gave me the chance to change the meal that wasn’t available, nothing. Order was asked to be ready by 12:15 and wasn’t even told about the whole ordeal until after 12:30. Extremely poor customer service when they are usually so good.

Great place! The bun on my burger was quite soggy but they were more than happy to fry up a new bun! We got the fiery ghost tavern double, the mad love burger with chili fries, mac and cheese and the prime chophouse! It was delicious and our waiter was phenomenal!
