McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is on the way to my job. I work early mornings (4am) and every time I stop to grab something, they don’t answer the drive thru. I’ve tried ordering on the app and it still doesn’t allow me too. It says see a crew member for help. This has gotten out of hand. If your 24 hours then be 24 hours. If your gonna close for a few hours then change your hours.

The last three times I visited this McDonald’s the experience was interesting to say the least. The person who took our order in the Drive-Thru was polite and calm and allowed us to make our selection without rush me to order. However the food was cold every time, and when I went into the McDonald’s to tell them this and get a replacement all of the staff turned around and looked at me and appeared puzzled. I got a weird feeling by the reaction that they already knew the food was cold and this is just how they operated. Having the same situation occur I’ve decided I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. It is a shame because they were halfway there with the good customer service, but continually knowingly providing cold food is a remedy to lose customers. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but this McDonald’s is not worth visiting.

I made an order through my app and I had to send my friend as I had surgery recently. When my friend arrived they told him the owner of the account had to show up, he told them what happened and they said no exceptions, I then called the restaurant and the manager was so rude about it that they hung up stating they were busy and I could call corporate if I wanted. This is extremely disappointing. Some of us can’t afford a delivery fee so we have good people around us that they won’t mind picking up the items for us. I sent my friend all the information and also my log in to my app so that in the restaurant they could see that the order was real. I demand upper management to contact me ASAP!

The employees here are absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and play place were very clean. I ordered on the app, and my family’s order was ready very quickly, even during the morning rush.

1130 pm 3 cars in drive through and was so rushed she couldn’t hear us order cause she so busy trying to end order. We just ordered 3 big Macs and none of them had any big Mac sauce and was given a small soda when a medium was what was ordered. Stopped going to McDonald’s when they stopped giving normal size patties on burgers so 1st time in 10 yrs and im Still disappointed. Way to expensive to cheat people for the money. Killed for me for good or at least another 10yrs. Sadly it wasn’t teenagers working tonight which would have more of an explanation but these was all full grown adults

I ordered ahead on the mobile app. And it was ready within minutes. I probably could have ordered from the parking lot. When i got to the drive thru I told them I had a mobile order and they had my name and everything all set to go. I pulled around and only waited a minute maybe for them to bring my drink and food. Everything was hot and fresh. Plus I got a free 6pc chicken nuggets with the app! The app always has good deals, i would recommend using it every time you go.

I tried to use drive thru at 3:15am Sunday morning (late sat night) Jul 23rd. I was informed by employee they were doing a “system reboot” and would not be operational until 4:00am. There were 4 employees laughing and clowning around in parking lot as I tried to order. I hope upper management or corporate realizes how employees cost company loss of revenue.

6 people behind the counter. 2 people on line. 20 minute wait for food while store (lobby and drive thru) are both empty. 3/4 items in my order where missing, every single time I am here it’s a 20 minute wait and things are always wrong. Food is typically good tho.
