Loved the chicken fried pork chop breakfast, now it’s gone. Just when you think you find a great go-to breakfast, they change the menu. The staff is great, the gravy is not – tastes like water and flour. Loved the grits and biscuits. Not going back til they bring the chicken fried pork chops back.

The onion rings and Motzerella sticks were delicious. The club sandwitch was really good. My only issue is that it looks old and that the ambiance says senior citizen lunch facility (nothing wrong with that just saying). Overall a good bite to eat reasonable prices.

Amazing food. Great waitress. My wife, son and I ate there earlier this week. We expected a quality meal based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. All three of us got different menu items and all of us agreed this would be a restaurant we wanted to return to again and again.

Really solid food in a not so common restaurant. It’s like a Denny’s, except not Denny’s. Our waitress/waiter changed three times, but they always kept making sure we were okay. For 4 people we spent around $50.

I had seen these restaurants around town but never been to one, so I did not know what it served. The menu is sort of like a Denny’s; there are breakfast items, lunch, and dinner items. We tried the fried sampler, and that was really a meal by itself. It was so good. I had the patty melt, and when we left , I told my daughter that was really the best patty melt I have ever had. I will definitely be going back!

I just love going to Jim’s Restaurant. Food is so good ; prices are so down to earth. I love seeing their primary customers, who generally are seniors . They have an extended menu for everybody and a senior menu but are not limited to great prices. My favorite dish from Jim’s is Liver and Onions. For those who like “weird” stuff, I absolutely recommend this dish. Liver and onions it are not weird at all, but for some people, it is even disgusting . I just love it, and I will go back every time I can to get the same from the menu.

The meat in the omelettes was severely over cooked being barely edible. However everything else was good so we will try again to see if that was just a one off. Will update the review if it was.

This is one if my favorite breakfast places. I’ve never been disappointed with any meal there. Staff is always friendly restaurant is always clean and no dishes setting on tables waiting to be cleaned up. I’ve been going to Jim’s since the early 70’s. Keep up the great job !
