Our server, Olivia, was absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and truly the best server I’ve ever had.
The food portions were average and a bit on the pricey side. The snow crab legs were difficult to enjoy as they were hard to eat through the shell, while the lobster tails were fairly good.
The shrimp, however, was delicious and definitely worth trying.
Overall, despite the excellent service, I don’t think I would return.

Honestly my best Red Lobster experience. Went for my birthday and had the seafood boil. My dad got an ultimate feast and my mom got the lobster duo. Food has never been better. Lobster tails a good size. The cheesecake tasted like a proper cheesecake instead of something you could buy at a grocery store. It was thick and rich. Great experience. Great service. Thanks for having us.

I decided to try Red Lobster after hearing a new CEO took over and implemented changes to the quality and food menu. Unfortunately, I do not think my boyfriend and I will be back.
Although our server was really friendly and nice, the food was mediocre considering the price we paid. My boyfriend decided to order the ultimate feast while I ordered the admiral’s feast. The portion size for the ultimate feast was small considering its price. It was not filling at all. Additionally, my boyfriend was not told that he could have swapped out the rice for another side (we found out as our server told the table behind us that they could change the rice). This would have been nice to know as the rice was horrendous. It was bland and severely undercooked. My meal was not bad, but it was nothing special either. My sister had ordered the baked Parmesan chicken and that seemed better than the seafood itself. It did seem like the kitchen burned the chicken a bit as it was quite black on some parts, but overall the flavour was quite nice.
Although the service was great, I do not think the food was worth the price we paid. Overall, I believe there are better restaurants that serve better food along with bigger portion sizes.

Had a lovely lunch with my Husband yesterday at this Windsor Red Lobster location. Right away, we were greeted with the most enthusiastic and friendly server Lois! She was wonderful to talk to and she suggested a few menu items for us to try. Honestly, in this crazy world it was a real treat to have Lois serve us. We have had our share of “ terrible” servers and Lois made our lunch date a wonderful experience! The Seafood was great and we really enjoyed the cheddar biscuits! The interior of this location is slightly dated, but the food and service was great! Two thumbs up!

Went with my daughter for Father’s Day lunch and as usual the sea food taste is great with a nice atmosphere.
Parking was so easy as a lot of parking king space is available and convenient.
Service is great with their friendly staff that will be happy to answer any question you have and recommend any new plates to try.

Kids like it , I used to love it . Service is always 5 star . The food is ok the portions of appetizer was very small spreading the food to fill the plates but u can still see most of the gaps . Either use smaller plates or fill the plates properly! Been going there for over 20 years same cozy atmosphere !

Our server Michelle was great. She was attentive and joked with us.
Our drinks were delicious but the quality of food has declined since our last visit. My salmon lacked flavour and my spouse’s steak also lacked flavour.
