We are from out of town and decided to have dinner here, we ordered the endless shrimp, we tried all the flavors except shrimp Rangoon because they were out, the shrimp is normally very tasty but at this location it lacked flavor, we also ordered the fish & chips it was flavorless not even salt was added, had to send it back the shrimp covered in batter that was fried was saturated in oil as soon as you bit into it hot scorching oil burned your mouth, as a seafood lover I wouldn’t recommend the endless shrimp at this location ☹️

Their lobster tails are smaller than I anticipated, but the taste is amazing. Love the coconut shrimp, lobster, crab legs, and shrimp pasta. Only thing I do not recommend is the broiled fish. Stay away. I ordered that one day & the store manager was amazing!!! He let me order another item & removed the broiled fish from my ticket. That is why I will continue to come to Red Lobster! The staff is friendly & the store manager is great!

We have been at this restaurant a few times, once and only once was the service any good. Last night the waiter was a walking Zombie. He was more concerned about standing by the hostess desk than doing his job. His name was Hamilton and I don’t think he smiled once! Told us nothing about the food and was actually of no value. A young lady served my husband some food later from the kitchen and she was a welcomed site. I wish she had been our waiter.

The environment was clean and welcoming. The staff were great and professional. But I believe the food quality is not what I remember. The biscuits were the only food item that had flavor. The Bar Harbor Lobster bake was very bland. I felt as if the kitchen was afraid to use seasonings. The steak was cooked perfectly, but yet again, no flavor. If I were to close my eyes and eat the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference other than texture.

Waited for over two hours for a table of 8, half the restaurant was empty. As we were about to leave they said they were cleaning our table. We were escorted to the back room that was full of cardboard boxes. We had to wait again for silverware, wait again for our server. After ordering one of our guests had to wait an additional 20 minutes for his food. At one point I thought about leaving and seeing if anybody noticed.

DO NOT Recommend! My family and I went today, I ordered the endless shrimp and coleslaw, my partner ordered shrimp and lobster tacos, my children ordered kids chicken strips and macaroni plate. The only person who ate all their food is the child with the macaroni plate. My other child had ants crawling on her plate so she stopped eating as did I. When we noticed that the ants were all over the window by our booth we notified the manager who just took off that kids meal and didn’tseem bothered by all the ants. My partner had zero lobster in his tacos so he ate one of the three tacos. We spent 70 dollars to not get to eat and have ants in our food. It was horrible customer service and we will never go again. I don’t know if you can tell in this picture but zoom in and you can see them!
