Sad situation. The food was excellent when we could get it. Stumbled onto the Endless Shrimp special not knowing it was currently a thing. We thought, “Hey! An opportunity to try several different versions of shrimp!” Which is a family favorite! Apparently we were the very few that didn’t know. 30 minutes from seating to get drinks. An hour to get the first plate which was missing the sides. Then the sides showed up and after waiting 30 minutes for a refill to try the scampi and garlic shrimp we gave up. It’s a shame because all of the food really was very good. We won’t return to this location and be wary of the “Endless Shrimp” price that consists of 1 plate.

Everything was amazing! All the people that worked there that we talked to were very kind and helpful. Rietta was our server. She went above and beyond! She made sure that all of our needs were met. Our waters were never empty, our food came out quick. She had great suggestions on what to order and checked in a perfect amount after we got our food. It’s easy to split the check at the end too with the machine. Very nice. I’ll be back asap. The side of bacon mac and cheese is perfect for a little snack.

Delicious food and drinks! Arrived right at dinner time and was seated immediately. Waiter was very nice and checked in often to make sure we were taken care of. Our dinner was made quickly and was cooked to perfection. My kids really enjoy this restaurant and we will be returning again.

After our experience, I’m assuming they have staff shortage issues. Our party of 8 waited at least 45 minutes until food came after we ordered (on a Tuesday late-afternoon). The Tuesday special of shrimp/lobster tacos were barely edible. The lobster over cooked and the soft taco tortilla was a crisp and couldn’t even chew it. The grilled shrimp and alfredo on the all you can eat menu was ok. Unfortunately for the price, there are better places to go in town for seafood and pasta vibes.

The food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly! The wait was a little long but worth the wait once it came out. I absolutely recommend the Crab/Shrimp Wontons, the Crispy Brussel Sprouts and the Lobster Stuffed Baked Potato it’ll have you wanting to go back for more like me! So delicious! The waitress we had was Hannah and she was very friendly and kept up on our drinks without us even realizing they were getting empty. We’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years & the one on New Center Point did not disappoint!! It was my birthday & we took the entire family out for a special treat. It was truly the perfect dining experience. The food was fantastic, my pina colada was incredible, the restaurant was clean & picture perfect just as I remember from years ago when I used to dine at the one in Santa Maria, CA near my home in San Luis Obispo, CA where I grew up. Avi, our server, is hands down THE BEST server in town!! He really made our evening special & I hope he knows just how awesome he is & how much we appreciated him! Thank you for making my birthday dinner so special for my family & myself. Even my eleven year older daughter commented, “wow, he really is amazing!”

Tasty as always. Endless shrimp is yum. $5 watermelon margarita was tasty and came with some nostalgic candy. The brussel sprouts are my favorite thing ever.
