I feel bad writing this review but I’ve never experienced as bad service as I did during my brief attempt today. Greeted in the door was the General Manager arguing with a Hispanic customer over a supposed stolen item. Is the floor, let alone the host stand, the best place to discuss these topics in the ear and eye of everyone else? Not only did the discussion begin there, the manager paraded the man around the floor to the table where the supposed theft took place. Ok, I can understand bad timing. But then sitting for 20+ minutes before being greeted, and mind you a fly-by “I’ll get to you guys in a minute” greeting from who I think was supposed to be our server, was bizarre. I counted 14 open menus from the time we sat down till then, you can’t ask a fellow server to grab a drink order for you? Then another 7 minutes pass before a lady drops plates on our table to tell us biscuits will be out. What?! We haven’t even gotten our drink order yet. And unfortunately being sat next to the kitchen has us within earshot of the conversations back there, with the staff joking about the tense interaction that we witnessed with jokes being made about ICE being called and the cops. Being in restaurants over 10 years I get the crass humor but maybe not within complete ear shot of the floor? Not to mention our server managed to greet us and look us in the eye, as we had already left the establishment and was out the front door.
Red Lobster, y’all can do better. Was really looking forward to a nice lunch outing with my wife and daughter but we’ll reconsider other seafood options before coming here again.

Date Night Wednesday at Red Lobster . We started with Crab Queso Dip, with Linda drinking (Mark West Pinot Noir & Me (Caramel Dream Cocktail). I had Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya Spicy and washed it down with a Bud Light. Linda had Crab Carbonara w/Caesar Side Salad. Our server Cordell C. was the best! We will be back because the food is excellent and Cordell was a delight!

I have not been here in years maybe 4. The food & atmosphere had fell off. After realizing so many changes. We decided to come to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. When we walked in the hostess was so welcoming it started the vibes great. She asked if we were celebrating anything and we told her. Our waiter Luke was just so cool , attentive & great. Food was delicious!!!! At the end of the night they brought out a hand written card and sang her happy Birthday. Thank you . We will definitely be back.

I’m absolutely not okay with my order tonight. I just left there ordered 2 Ultimate feast to go, Neither one of them came with the fried shrimp. One of them came with salmon and no crab legs. I got 2 baked potatoes… not sure why? I didn’t receive the shrimp scampi but I got rice? The one that actually ordered rice well you can see how much he got in the photo with the crab legs…. And one little thing of butter… This is not like red lobster….. but spending $130 for a completely random thrown together order is not okay. I didn’t realize it until I got home which is 45min away from the restaurant…. I would have taken it back if I lived closer.

Red Lobster reached out and gave us coupons to use towards our next meal… we tried to place an online order using the coupons they didn’t work so I called to place an order went through the whole automated system to place the order and said I had a coupon to use…. I get sent to a live human, the lady that I got on the phone said I will need to ask my manager for approval on this before I can accept it and placed me on a hold. A different lady answered and said hello and had a very thick accent so I couldn’t understand her and I said I was just on hold and the previous lady I was talking to who was checking with a manager to see if I could use my coupons and she said let me push you though to a different line and she hung up on me. I’m even more upset at this place now than I was before. This is horrible customer service.

Chachi was the absolute best, made me and my girlfriends date amazing! I’ve had such a hard week and she really lifted my spirits and made us laugh. Thank you so much girl!! And food was amazing as always!

We came in for my birthday. The food was good – crab legs seemed a little small and the lobster not as sweet as usual, but still enjoyable. The shrimp was delicious! I had the Ultimate Feast and my husband had the Cajun chicken which he really enjoyed. The best part was our server, Christine. She did a great job serving our meal and attending to our needs. She was very friendly and in chatting learned it was my birthday. To my surprise, she brought out a nice ice cream Sunday for us to share. It was in a platter with a hand written note from her wishing me a happy birthday. Such a nice touch! We appreciated Christine very much!!

Chachi was THE BEST server ever!!! most definitely deserves a raise or some type of appreciation. She is funny, fast with service, and overall made me want to come back despite the expensive meal. I genuinely hope we get her as a waitress again! 12/10

Tim, our server was great. Attentive, friendly, & had great brief conversations throughout our dinner as he is also from New England. Picked out a 2 pounder and it was cooked perfectly. As a girl from New England that grew up in Maine, this is always a great little taste of home.
