We hadn’t been to red lobster in over a year and were so excited to get to celebrate our wedding anniversary there today. Unfortunately once we arrived the host acted so confused when trying to figure out how to seat my family of 5. We waited for 30 minutes then were seated. Upon being seated we ordered our drinks which the host told us they were out of lemonade drinks as well as their tea. After waiting a while longer we started ordering our food only to find they were also out of mashed potatoes and broccoli. The waitress was subpar at best. We didn’t even get silverware or napkins until 10 minutes after receiving our food. We were handed our ticket as soon as the food came out. I wanted to order dessert but was rushed out. The food was cold and my medium steak was very rare and not tender at all. Where we were seated we could see into the kitchen and it looked very dirty. The workers were all on their phones and huddled up talking back there which would explain the long waits for everything. I am very disappointed in this visit and won’t ever be back to this location.

I wanted some seafood but was tired of catfish joints. It had been a while since I ate at a Red Lobster but thought I would give it a try. The food was great and service on point. I kept telling myself, what a good meal I was having. So glad I went.

10/08/21 This is my husband’s favorite place. Every time we come we have had a good experience with patient servers. For this meal we enjoyed the Crab Cakes appetizer, The Ultimate Feast with baked potato and broccoli, and Kung Pao Noodles with crispy shrimp. We would highly recommend all.

It was very good. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, she forgot my glass of water and both my sides. She made up for it by giving me some garlic rolls to take home. The wait was about 35 minutes. Hubby only got one beer out of it and we decided to forgo dessert since it seemed like it would be a hassle.

It was pretty good! On par with chilis, cheddars, and other chain restaurants. Cheddar biscuits are a must, but the actual food isn’t bad either! (Ha!) Anyways, I don’t know that it’s somewhere I’d ever choose to go, but if I found myself there I wouldn’t complain! Service at this location was pretty sweet!

Went here today for my son’s birthday. We were seated in about 15 min And took another 25 min to take our drink order by that time we were ready to order food because we didnt know how long it would be before she would be back. They brought our salads out and didnt have silverware for 30 min. So we just sat and stared at the salads I finally got up and tried to find some and asked an employee. They told me they’d tell our waitress. On the way back I asked another employee they also said they would tell someone. Finally after another 10 min a manager brought us silverware. Our appetizer came out with the food everything seemed like it had been plated for a while when they brought it out which was by a different employee which was friendly. We waited forever for a drink refill and a different waiter came by with single drink which turned out to be someone elses refill. Our waitress brought refills once and still forgot 1. We had wanted to order dessert but didnt because by that time we saw our waitress again we were ready to leave. The restaurant was not busy at all and there seemed to be more employees than people dining. Not one dish or glass was taken away to make room for the food when it was brought out so I had to move the dishes to an unbussed table next to us. Which would explain there not being any silverware. The food tasted good, but overall I feel our visit was very subpar to the expectation I have of any other red lobster.
