IM VERY UPSET INPAID 9$ FOR A QUARTERPOUND CHEESBURGER MEAL, WHEN I GOT HOME BOY I TELL YOU!!!.. 1. ALL MY FRIES ONLY HAD HALF OF THEM BECAUSE ITWZSNT FILLED PROPERLY 2 MED/1SM. 2. QUARTER POUNDER PATTY SMELLED FUNNY AND WAS A THIN PATTY LIKE FOR A BIGMAC TYPE THIN OR A BIG N TASTY. I WAS SO TIRED FROM THE DAY I WAS PISSED I COULDNT GO BACK IMMEDIATELY. I USUALLY GET GREAT FOOD FROM HERE AT $30 A WOP A FEW DAYS A WEEK SO YOUD THINK I COULD GET BETTER SERVICE. IT WAS AROUND 830-9PM TUESDAY NIGHT THE CASHIER DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT SO I CALLED UP THERE 3 XS NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE SHOCKER THERE. ALL I KNOW IS I WANT MY QUARTER POUNDER REFUNDED FOR THE SANDWICH AT LEAST. WE PARENTS DONT HAVE MONEY TO THROW DOWN THE DRAIN ON FOOD WE CANT EAT SO GE IT TOGETHER… MCDS STAYS PACKED SO WHY EVERYTIME I GET A ORDER IT IS MESSED UP IS BEYOND ME. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY FAMILIES THAT HAVE ISSUES EITHER, ON THE DAILY AT THAT. I ENDED UP EATING A COLF Mcdouble that tasted awesome next to this QP … MY OTHER FOOD GOT COLD AS WELL SMH.. I wanted to give this place a good rating so I didn’t rate the first 2 times I went there. But after time 3, it’s obvious they’re a 1. 1st time I ordered from here I placed a mobile order at 3qm after work. Drive to the restaurant and no one answered the drive thru so drive to the window. A girl was in there but completely ignored me so I started banging my horn. Finally after about 15 minutes a guy showed up, apologized and said they needed to make fries so after about 30 minutes (I was the only customer there) I got my order. 2nd time I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. I finally just left. 3rd time was during the morning so I went in. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and 2 sausage mcmuffins. Received a Canadian bacon sandwich. Brought it back for them to fix. They made a new sandwich. Figured they were giving me the wrong one. She grabs it out of my hand and whipped it in the trash. So needless to say, this McDonald’s isn’t going to get better. There’s a much better one at Rockwell and the NW Expressway. I’ll be going there from now on..

Well came back after 4 years not eating at McDonald’s not fast food at the drive thru. customer in front of me had issue with app at the food pic up window and instead of moving her to the row with numbers parking they stopped the whole take out line. It’s management training I’m sure the turnover is incredible but poorly trained worker make my experience bad food still pretty good same but more expensive . see you in 5 years don’t have time to get fustrated

Always busy that’s not a bad thing but they sometimes don’t know how to handle it it seems like. Told the lady in the drive through I asked for extra ice in my unsweetened tea she said okay then just shut the window on me so what ever I guess and then the unsweetened tea was sweet tea. The manager Eduardo took my order for 1 single sandwich. I waited 15minutes. After waiting, he came back to the register to take my order… Didn’t even apologize. Unprofessional. And the staff was talking about how bad they wanted to go home in front of several customers. No a good look. But I guess you get what you pay for. Do better.

This is by far the best McDonald’s that I have been to, and it is close by my house. The service is always fast, friendly, and the food is always hot when I order it, even through the app. The workers here also do a phenomenal job with my caramel iced coffee every time. The chicken nuggets and fries always hit the spot. However, I mainly go through the drive-thru because it is faster than going inside. When this McDonald’s is busy, there is not enough parking available.
