MONDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2026: I went with a friend on Groundhog Day. Our waiter Ryan was coming to work at the same time that we were entering the restaurant. We visited with a couple staff members and Precious, the Assistant Manager. She said William De Los Santos, the General Manager, was busy working in the office. This restaurant also has a Banquet Room. We decided to order the $19 Monday special. It was a Lobster & Shrimp Scampi, featuring a Maine lobster tail with garlic shrimp scampi, and a side. It also included Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Everything was wonderfu! The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, was very clean. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! A positive shout-out to everyone who works here!

I had a great lunch at Red Lobster on Monday 12/22/25. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, and the portions were just right for a midday meal. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were warm and delicious as always, and my entrée was perfectly cooked. The staff Layna & Leslie were friendly, attentive, and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch with good service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely come back again.

Despite having one negative food experience, I’m still giving 5 stars because the service made up for it. I had a bad delivery order and they were willing to replace it during my next order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good food overall and there are some pretty good deals available.

Steve and Camron were awesome. They were so attentive and brought us what we needed quickly. Food was really good. Love the new dragon teriyaki lobster. It was really really good. Get it People. All the rest of our meal and our drinks were very good as well. We’ll be back soon to try the boils.

Dining at any Red Lobster is our go to for celebrations, etc. Today it was a struggle for just 2 of us to really enjoy our time. Got seated quickly-server came over in a timely matter. We each ordered an alcoholic beverage. Please see below for the timeline of our meal, etc
Server took our drink order.
Came back with water and biscuits and took our meal order.
We waited forever-no beverages, no contact.
Our meals were brought out.
Ate for about 10 minutes before I got up to find an employee to ask about our drinks.
Server then brings beverages and returns with my salad…..super out of order here!
Server never returned our table until we were completely done and asked for our check. (Keep in mind that husband ask for a second beverage but it was never brought to him)…also please note-biscuits were barely warm as well as my baked potato.
We paid our bill and spoke to a manager who gave us coupons for $10 off our next visits. Manager was extremely professional but offered nothing else for our $120 lunch. $10 coupon is nice but not going to convince us to return. Can we all vote for better training at serving and customer service?

I came for the shrimp and sausage boil with a Cajun and garlic butter sauce and they did not disappoint! The service and food was fabulous! Our waiter, Margarito was great! Come in and ask for him as he is wonderful!

Before the rest of my party arrived, I sat in the waiting area and noticed several employees walking in and out. Surprisingly, no one offered a greeting.
Then a young lady wearing her Red Lobster uniform walked in and greeted me warmly with a big Kool-Aid smile. Her name is Anyla, and she happened to be our waitress. I told her she was the only person who had spoken to me while I was waiting. She immediately apologized and then provided impeccable service for the entire visit.
Her kindness, professionalism, and attention truly stood out. Anyla is definitely a keeper! Mesquite location.

I love our mommy daughter date, on her tab, here at this location. Tiffany was our server and she made sure my daughter wallet was hurt when she offered us dessert! Lol she always presented herself with a beautiful smile and even the manager walked to every table to ask about our experience. We definitely enjoyed the seafood boil and shared it with each other. Surprisingly enough it was enough to fill the both of us up. What a great way to end the year with a full stomach and a smile from ear to ear. Thanks again Tiffany.

My husband and i came here to celebrate my 30 b-day.Our server Annette was attentive to us. And knowledgeable with the menu for whenever we asked her about it. She made sure if my cut of sirloin was cooked right by asking first if I could check it. And above all. She was nice. Great service makes the restaurant stand out. Definitely will make this our red lobster area from now on. Even though there is another one closer to our house but this has better service.
