We read “Last Night at the Lobster” by Stewart O’Nan for our monthly book club and had to have our meeting at the Red Lobster. The staff was very accommodating, letting me make a reservation and put in orders for the full group to fit the meeting into our limited lunch hour. Food was delicious and service was quick as well. Wonderful staff, great book, and a fantastic experience!

Had a wonderful time for mother’s day. Service was quick and friendly. Most of us had the endless shrimp which were very good. My B.I.L had the lobster. We had fun watching him struggle to get the pinchers cracked open. The cheddar biscuits were hot and fresh every time.

My parents and I came here on Saturday night around 7. There were not many people there. We waited for about 15 minutes to be seated (not bad). We had already decided what we were ordering by the time we got a table. The waiter did warn us that he was new. They were out of just about everything. We get our order to the server and waited a good 40+ minutes before we get our food. The food came out warm, not hot like you would expect after waiting that long. The server also didn’t put in the order for the steak. Asked for garlic butter and that was never brought out either. He definitely kept our drinks good though. Highly disappointed with the service and will probably not go to this location again.

Early afternoon so a bit empty but made it quiet. Choices were the shrimp and lobster tacos. My wife was not impressed, just ok. All the pieces are breaded, so you can’t tell what is what. Other was the Wednesday special. Lobster trail with 7 Oz. Sirloin. Mine was good and so recommend

People are walking out. They told us that it was a 20 min wait but we have been in the front lobby for 40 min. The people who were here before my son and I were here longer. Red Lobster has really gone down hill.

When I went here Monday, the lobster artichoke dip and coconut shrimp were good as usual, but I was disappointed the biscuits were not only burnt, they didn’t even rise amd should have never been served. I returned the next day to redeem the birthday cake and had to purchase ice cream separately. What I was given is what a child would have at a tea party. This location is making me think I wasn’t light enough to warrant exceptional quality and service. This location will never get another penny of my money. I will go outta my way to find a different Red Lobster location.

This is one of the Red Lobster’s that got an update in my state. We brought my father in law here for his birthday. The food was good and didn’t take long for us to get. The demographic is older here which is not a bad thing. I don’t normally eat here and haven’t in a long time. So it was nice to see that the food was a bit better quality than I remember. Get here early though because around 7 it gets really busy.

It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t as good as the last time. Things seemed under seasoned, and over cooked. The restaurant was nearly empty other than a group of people and it was a 30-45min wait. The servers seemed run ragged, and were obviously not getting the support they needed to run that lean on staff. Could have been an off day for sure, but I think we will stick to other locations for a while.
