I placed a to go order of the ultimate feast. The crab legs were not fresh and they looked old and only a few. The baked potato was hard. The overall experience was terrible from the time i waited for my order to the to go cashier. On top of all of this, someone pooped on the waiting seats in the lobby and staff was slow to clean it up and in doing so they did not use any disinfectant, bleach instead placed a paper towel over the area! So disgusting I won’t be patronizing this red lobster ever again!!!

Ok so we get there and the restaurant was almost empty. Should’ve known then to turn around! Well we were seated and our waitress came immediately! Only good part about our experience! Place our order and literally waited 40 minutes for the food because they say the kitchen was backed up but how in a empty restaurant??? So get our food on these steaming hot plates but the food was still COLD!! My lobster tail tasted like mush and my crab legs were ice cold but the plate still hot. Broccoli was very hard! Only good thing on my ultimate feast plate that was ok was the baked potato! Oh my daughters glass had caked up food on the inside . Well safe to say I’ll continue to go the the seafood boil restaurants!!! Oh and waited another 20 minutes for the manager in a empty restaurant

I ordered the Lobster duo and it was flavorless and overcooked. My waitress was definitely preoccupied and it took her more than 5 minutes to come to the table to introduce herself. She did not bring water as she stated, I had to ask after she brought biscuits. I did not want to tip her, however I gave her $7.00 which was half of the recommended tip.

I had an excellent server! I ordered a duo, fish and fries. The clam chowder, oh my goodness! Great! The cheddar biscuits bites, I call them… delicious. The coleslaw was creamy sweet mmmmh. I had a slice of cheesecake, that I had to take home, no room in my stomach. . Can’t wait to go again. I am looking forward to endless shrimp. . The restaurant was clean as usual. A great evening with my daughter.
