There was a small issue with my order at first, but Armando (Manager) and Shaun (Line Cook Manager) stepped in right away and handled everything quickly and professionally. The take-out specialist, Omar, was also incredibly kind and helpful—the entire staff was awesome.

About last night I’m stood in the front waiting to be seated or even greeted for about 7 to 10 minutes we were seated and waited 35 minutes to be acknowledged I literally went to the bar and got our drinks they had no ginger ale to go with my Johnny Walker Black by the way all out, then I asked two different staff members why we were waiting without anyone coming to our table with water or anything finally got fed up and found the manager taking someone’s order in the bar area who wasn’t there when I got drinks moments before I said this is great you’re taking this guy’s order that’s exactly what I expected about 40 minutes ago, finally got a waitress that doesn’t know what she’s doing even though she was very polite smh we got cold butter sauce with our shrimp scampi, the Caesar salad instead of a house salad we ordered… had to complain about that and the appetizers came out with the meal all at once never ever again the only reason why I gave the stars is because they took something off of my bill and gave us free desert…but I just want good service

Enjoyed the Monday Shrimp and Lobster Special. Our server was Lathaniel who was polite and profesional. He did not hover, but was always on time with refills and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back amd we would 10/10 recommend Red Lobster and ask for Lathaniel

The employees at this location were really nice and made sure everything was fine. The wait for the food was not too bad but definitely worth it. Ended up ordering some crab legs and garlic butter shrimp and it was delicious. It was not too busy considering it was a Tuesday evening but I have no complaints at all and the overall experience was great.

Lathaniel We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Red Lobster thanks to our waiter, Nathaniel. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out just right, and he checked on us often without ever being intrusive. Lathaniel positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. It’s clear he takes pride in providing excellent service, and it did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back and hope to have him as our waiter again!
