First time to Red Lobster since their revamp. I had the fish and chips and was pleased with my choice. The Cod was moist with a thick and crisp breading, came with 2 hush puppies that were good too. Fries are fries, but the coleslaw and tartar sauce were great.

Ella was an excellent server and was great when extra guests joined us. Quick to respond to our requests for everything. Loved that pick 2, 3, & 4 are back with us being able to choose which shrimp. I had left the menu previously. Prices were a little less too!

We come here to eat at least 2 times a month and this time we had to sea food boil It was so good.I believe the price is $30 and of course the biscuits are always fresh and amazing as is the customer service!

The Seafood boil was great, but the highlight was the great service from Tayler. I wasn’t even going to have it, but the way she described it was too much to pass up on the dish. Her drinks, and dessert suggestions also were delicious. Some of these millennial don’t wanna work for an honest buck, they could really take notes from Tayler.

I ordered the crab carbonara and the rest of my family ordered Alfredo and it tasted amazing each time we went. Long wait times on the weekend even with a reservation so plan ahead, but it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault as they were just packed. The hostesses were incredibly sweet and allowed my younger sisters to see the lobsters while we waited. Finally, our waitress Alisha was really the one that made our experience the best. We had her each time we went and she was incredibly kind, very accommodating regarding some food restrictions, and patient when the kids were being indecisive. I highly recommend this location!

It was just a night out for dinner after a long day of being in the snow. The noise level was low and there was nice calm music playing, perfect for winter time. Our server Nathan was simply outstanding, we maintained conversation throughout the interactions, got frequent check ins, and a good flow of dinner was maintained. The food had come over very quickly, drinks within a minute, apps within 5 minutes, and dinner within 15. Nathan had also gotten us a dessert item for a birthday in our group as well. Between the flow of dinner and the conversing with Nathan there were no empty moments of the experience.

We always have a great time here, but Nathan is always the BEST part of our visit!! He’s SO considerate, attentive, timely, and kind. We visited over a year ago after a really tough day and had him for the first time, and he made our day so much better. Today, we were celebrating, and he made a good day even BETTER. He never makes us feel rushed, offers to get us anything we need, and brings us things we didn’t even know we wanted (hush puppies with the Chipotle ranch?! So good!!) Next time we’re visiting, we’re asking for his section! Happy holidays, Nathan!!

We had an absolutely wonderful family night at Red Lobster, and a huge part of that was our server, Nate. Our girls ABSOLUTELY LOVED him. From the moment he came to the table, he was fun, engaging, and made them feel so comfortable ordering on their own. He had them laughing the entire night and truly played right along with their excitement.
Nate went above and beyond by getting them fun lobster bibs and even special fancy cranberry drinks, which made them feel extra special. He completely embraced their little-girl joy and turned dinner into an experience, not just a meal.
He checked on us often, was attentive, and provided truly superb service. The food was delicious, hot, and perfectly timed. To top it all off, the girls even received certificates after touching the lobsters — they were thrilled!
It was the whole perfect package for a family night out. Huge thanks to Nate and the Red Lobster team for creating such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

the food was fantastic, generously portioned and the presentation was fantastic. although we loved the food, the real reason we came to eat here was our server Paige! We heard from friends how great her service was, and had to see for ourselves. She’s friendly, attentive and upbeat and made dinner THAT much better. highly recommend the food, even more recommend Paige!
