The parking lot was oddly empty and I wasn’t sure they were really open. Now I know why. I placed mobile order but picked it up at the counter. When I went in I immediately noticed the lobby had an awful smell. I got my food and left. I took 1 bite and it was disgusting. Definitely need to clean fryers and probably other equipment. I didn’t try anymore and even the food smelled so bad I pulled over and through it in a trash can. Do not recommend the BK on south academy and airport. Growse

Every time I eat here, I get sick. The food is never good. And the customer service is just terrible. My food is always wrong, cold, and gross. The last time I went here, there was a broken meth pipe by the front door. Half of the lights were off and nobody else was in there, but they still made me wait 10 minutes before they came to the register to say, “what do you want?” This time, half of my food was missing. I only ordered for 2 people. But nobody ever does anything to fix it. I keep giving this place a shot and end up disappointed every time. Nobody there cares at all about their job, this restaurant, or their customers. It needs to be shut down, tbh.

***Edit: I am a very frequent customer who is always waiting and being pulled to the front for simple things like kids’ meals. I thought, maybe if I put in a pickup order, it might give them more time to have my order better. Boy was I wrong.
I had an order of two 6 piece kids meals.A swiss and bacon chicken sandwich and chicken fries. Tell me how every piece of chicken was so dried out that it snapped, if bent. Mind you they were not busy. I waited eight minutes before even pulling up to the drive through. I am extremely disappointed. $30 wasted and when I called the restaurant it took three tries for someone to answer the phone.And then no accountability was taken. At this point, the local convenience is no longer a plus and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My children are obsessed with burger king, and this is our local location. April and her team have gone above and beyond for the last three visits, we have had so much that we have secured this as our only burger king we will visit. Everyone is so kind and so respectful and the food is absolutely delicious. It is very clean inside and the decorations are too cute.

I really enjoy coming to this Burger King in the mornings for breakfast. The atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming, and the employees are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. The restaurant is consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes the dining experience even better. It’s a great place to start the day with a good meal and positive vibes!

Came to this branch on 12/7 at around 2pm to get french fries for our granddaughter. We ordered 2 meals. When we drove off I checked the fries and it was old. I used to work in a fast food chain and my hubby managed a Burger King restaurant on base so we know how old stale fries looks and taste like. My hubby called and spoke to a female to tell her that we got old fries and were not looking for a free meal. She responded defensively and rudely hung up on my husband while he was still speaking. He called back and gave them his POV. They had the audacity to call back again instead under “No Number” and instead of apologizing about the food they said they called the cops on us. Since when is giving our POV about the quality of food a crime. Whoever is in charge of this Burger King on Airport needs to train their staff about customer service and responding appropriately to customer complaints. Says alot about their intelligence calling the cops on every customer who makes a complaint about the way the food is cooked. Beware of making complaints at this branch, They will call the CoPS on you.And Cash only of you dine in.. Suspicious I bet theyre stealing from the company.

What a terrible thing the city has done shutting down the corner and access but if you are closed, please don’t just lock all the doors like you did today. Put up a closed sign.
We made quite an effort to get to you to then drive else where so won’t be back until we see cars on your parking lot.
When this place was opened last week we tried two doors before finding one unlocked.
Today looked in all windows, tried all doors. Nothing, no closed signs no notes, nothing at 505 PM
We had planned to get meals for six people.

Went in the other day for my toddler to get some chicken nuggets. For whatever reason, this location closes super early but I did make it there before they closed. They asked me to pull forward as they had to drop the nuggets fresh and ended up waiting 15 minutes for some chicken nuggets, handed them to my kids in the back. Less than 5 minutes after eating, my youngest child started violently throwing up. Looked in the bag to see what they were eating were not fresh chicken nuggets. Assumed due to having to wait for them to be dropped and they were the only thing I ordered to find out they just threw nuggets in a bag not even the liner that they come in and they were old, like super super old, dried out like they’ve been sitting out all day, not fresh at all. Drove back to the Burger King pissed off and they were closed, would not come to the window, would not come to the door. My child upon eating only one of these nuggets kept throwing up throughout the night and has had diarrhea for the next day. After contacting the store, I asked for the manager. Upon explaining to the manager what happened, the manager told me it’s not their responsibility if we do not know the difference between fresh nuggets and old nuggets and it’s not their fault that we fed old nuggets to our kid and that I maybe shouldn’t have came so late when they were about to close.
