I ordered nearly $25 worth of food last night. When I got home, every single item was either made incorrectly or was so old/disgusting it was inedible. I drove back to the store and returned the food. I was very patient and very respectable and pulled up, as requested to wait for my replacement. It took almost 20 minutes, but again I was patient and understanding. I did not care to wait as long as the food was fresh and made correctly. When the general manager brought the food out to me, I checked it, and unfortunately, it was still made incorrectly and did not appear to be very fresh. Since I had been so patient and had waited so long, I asked the manager if I could have a refund. She told me she would only refund me if I gave her back the food. At this point, I had been at the store for nearly 30 minutes. I ended up leaving with my food, but highly dissatisfied. I could go into more detail and could even call out these people by name if I wanted to, but I am going to choose to take the high road.The manager treated me like I was the problem when I was nothing but kind and patient to her. This situation was completely unacceptable in every way.

Ordered two for $7 sandwich’s, DO NOT DO THIS. The ham and cheese I purchased the other day straight from the menu was an adequate amount of ham. Going thru the drive thru and getting the “deal” I got 2/3’s less ham on the sandwich, is was mostly bun! The young lady never said thank you, “here you go” both times when she handed my credit card back and then once again when she handed me the two sandwiches. I guess the cost of Thank you has went up, no need to thank your customers, Hardees I’ll be back for a real ham and cheese sandwich!

Absolutely PATHETIC!!!! ordered a crispy Chicken bacon and Swiss, the cheese and bacon were Both so cold that even after leaving them sitting , wrapped up, in a hot car, in the sun, NEITHER were even close to warm. Not to mention I got mine with no lettuce so there’s literally no excuse for the whole sandwich to be ice cold or the cheese and bacon not to even be warmed the slightest.

Drive through ordered a combo coke. I get home i get a meat less that looked like sloppy.
I noticed 3 ladies and a man who were all in the windows looking at me as I drove off.i get home and this is what I got. I took it back and asked if it was a Joke. Got my money back the cook John came out and looked at me. They were all in on the joke.
African American lady. this was the 2nd nite in a roll they pulled stunts.the 1 nite the deliberately left off the onion.and tomatoes as you can . On these pictures.

Ordered online, order was wrong. Called and let them know, was hateful when they said I needed a receipt. Went back in and was told that if I didn’t modify it we wouldn’t have this issue.
