Placed an order online. Was missing my Oreo shamrock McFlurry, and got a vanilla shake and a caramel frappe instead of two strawberry shakes. On top of that the vanilla shake and caramel frappe are frozen like I can’t even get a straw in them it’s like they were sitting in a freezer all day. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Do better McDonalds you guys shouldn’t be handing out shakes like that. And the accuracy needs improvement smh….

Every single time I go tonthis location they mess everything up. So today I kept it real simple and I mean real simple a Mcdouble no onions they hand me my bag and it has a hamburger in it. I said ah this is not what I ordered she gets the receipt and says yes it is. I said maybe someone needs to learn how to listen or how to take an order if I ordered one thing and clearly stated a Mcdouble no onions. She said oh what do you want to do about it. I said nothing now I have an appointment. no sorry nothing. I should have known the order would be wrong since the guy who took my order through the drive thru came on and said what do you want and I said what I wanted and his response was got it see ya at the first window, but I guess I assumed since it was one simple thing they wouldn’t mess up! This is my last time going to this location and I would never advise anyone to go here they are very unprofessional and rude!!

Ordered doordash from a big breakfast with steak along with other items when my food was delivered i was annoyed how they cut corners and just chopped up folded eggs instead of making the scrambled eggs that was supposed to come with it

This is not the first time I’ve ordered food online from here and they have taken well over an hour to even confirm the order. Customer service couldn’t even contact the store to see why they weren’t confirming the order or preparing the food. Ridiculous that they can call themselves fast food but then take hours to accomplish a simple order. Will I even get my breakfast? Or do I waste $16 just to stay hungry? Only time will tell.

I wouldn’t know how the food turned out because everything fell out the bottom of the bag as soon as I got out of my car because they didn’t pay any attention to the bag being messed up at that at the drive through when I purchased the girl was so envolved in what everyone else was doing than to take the order or the money as this was just a experience from HeLLO if you get my drift. I will definitely never be back as it was a bunch of organized confusion. Never again will I waist my time going here for no reason. Go else where where you feel like a customer and not just another number.

What world needs a requirement to not allow a priorities at an establish to not use accessibility to one’s own incompetence of self comfort to a restaurant. They don’t have the hot beverages ordered. They said they have to clean the machine. When i asked for the refund , they can’t and would substitute the beverage with the cold beverage. Also it is very hard to deal with the staffs at those location, because none of them are able to speak English.

No wifi available, confirmed with employee, and all outlets covered. He said it was a corporate decision. I use mcds wifi to check in on work as I travel, and spend $ each time. If the next one I stop at is the same, I’m done with their high prices and mediocre “fast” food.

I woke nights and every time I come to get food they are always incredibly friendly and accommodating as I like to get hot fries and they always are willing to throw some in fresh for me! Love the work the night crew does.
