After an hour & a half wait we were seated. Server never gave eye contact, always looking around like he was ready to make a run for it. Ordered a Pina Colada, was not good, actually tasted bitter. Told the server & he went to speak with the manager to get “permission” to take it off the bill. It was made incorrectly, I wasn’t drinking it & I sure wasn’t going to pay for it, “permission” or not On top of that, he never removed the drink from the table & condensation was dripping everywhere & making a mess. We ordered unsweet teas with Splenda. First we were told they were out of Splenda, but he was able to scrounge some packets up for us. Our tea had very little ice, which melted quickly. Our refills had NO ice whatsoever! My husband ordered his entree that came with two sides, apparently a house salad is now a “premium” side, really?!?! A salad?? First of all, he didn’t say it was “premium” and we would incur an up-charge, and secondly, he never brought it out anyway, so we had the “premium” charge removed from the bill. My husband states that the food he did receive was good. I ordered a house salad & a loaded baked potato. I was told they were out of onions, so I said to forget the salad & I’d just have the potato. Even though there were no onions on my potato, we were still charged the full “loaded” price. We asked to speak with the manager, who apologized stating that Father’s Day is the second busiest day of the year for them. My question is, if you know this is the case, why were you so I’ll prepared?! Out of Splenda (we used the last few packets), out of green onions, out of red onions, out of ice??? What else were they out of? More I’m sure. For compensation we were given a coupon, but it’s only valid for a short time & if we spend a certain amount, not much of an apology. If it had no expiration date & no minimum purchase requirement it would have been more appropriate.

It was my birthday the only complaint I have is they do not do anything for you for your birthday but other than that the food was delicious service was okay not the best I’ve ever had and we did go during lunch time but overall it was good I just wish they had done something for me for my birthday that is my only complaint

Just had a small birthday dinner here today. There were 5 adults and 3 kids. This was at 3pm. We chose this time because we assumed they would not be very busy which they were not. Everything about the entire experience was awful. The service was the worst that I have experienced in years. We did not get all of our food. And wound up leaving without even an apology from a manager. This will be our last time visiting this Red Lobster location.

It was a very good trip. It was the first time for the kids and they loved it. The server, Angel, was nice and attentive. She was respectful to my kids and asked them directly if she needed to clarify anything. The food was very good. Everything was cooked to our liking and they didn’t crowd us in with others.

Little under staffed the night we came in for a family date. The service was still great. The gentleman killed the game. Stayed on top of it. Endless shrimp was (especially the new coconut). Still one of my favorite places to come to get out seafood cravings.

The food was good and we loved the cheddar biscuits (had to ask for them when our food was brought) but the service was anything but good. After waiting over 5 minutes the server came over and said I’ll be back in a minute (another 6 minutes) she came back..we ordered tea and our food. We waited patiently and finally she came back with our salads but we still had nothing to drink this was the theme of our whole meal unfortunately.

I actually loved my seafood bowl. My friend also enjoyed her Flounder although not quite as much as I did. Service seemed inexperienced and weren’t able to answer our questions. Many tables were not bussed when we arrived and were not cleaned up while we were there.

Our server Lakeya was fantastic. The food was really great, especially the stuffed mushrooms. The wait was a little long because of short staff but overall a great experience.

We originally had a very bad experience and the new manger reached out to us and convinced us to try this red lobster again. I’m glad to say that the whole atmosphere has completely changed for the better. Everyone we came in contact with was nice and professional this time. Our waiter Nathan was excellent! We never had to ask for anything he was on it. The new manager is doing a fantastic job!
