Stopped in early afternoon for appetizers. The manager suggested I sit at the bar for faster service. Glad I did. The server, Kirsten, was very friendly and efficient. The appetizers were good as well as the drink.

Food was great but service awful. Waitress(nebraska) never checked on us or refilled our drinks. Waited over an hour to get our check and boxes then another 20 minutes to get the check back to sign. The initial service was fine but was bad after. Food runner did good job of bringing the food and bringing extra butter and napkins right back when wife asked. We couldn’t find a manager to speak too. They whole section was complaining not just us. We will definitely return with hopefully a different server.

The server was great. There was no wait to be seated. The hostess walked us past plenty of empty booths and seated us way in the back with no napkin or silverware the space felt like an abandoned part of the restaurant. It was a little messy. The breading on the food was gritty and the little bowl of what was supposed to be tartar sauce was instead coleslaw. The Ceasar salid was fresh and other than the biscuits and Calamari, the food was not worh the price.

We literally was waiting for 20 minutes for any host to acknowledge us. I had to say something. When we were finally seated, they forgot that we were even there, so we just left and went to Outback Steak house, which they gave us 100 percent good customer service.

The food was good the service was not so much. We arrived at 10:10 and asked if they were still serving and we were told yes. We waited for a little while before our server came over which being that late we know there are things to do before closing. Our server’s greeting was “I’m really tired so please bare with me” We said okay, then immediately ordered. Two of our three meals came out but the kids meal did not and our server left to go check on it so we thought but came back later and asked how was everything and said “Oh her food” then walked off to finally check on it. What topped it off is that by 11 o’clock the outside lights shut off but immediately after the booth lights dimmed until they shut off while we were still eating. Needless to say that we will not be back again.

Why do they charge you for biscuits with take out orders that they give for free when you dine in?? The portions were pathetic. Cup of soup was half and salad was lacking. The biscuits were fresh but I had to pay for them. Very disappointed.

I took my 84 year old mother here for a late birthday. She ordered the steak and lobster special. A few minutes later, the waitress came by to tell us that they were out of lobster, popcorn, shrimp, salmon, and lemonade. It was hard to order anything since they were out of so much. Lobster and salmon happen to be my mom‘s favorite. She ordered you pick two and I had a bowl of clam chowder. No drinks, just water and it it was. $50. My brother and my mom ordered coleslaw with their meal and said it was different and neither one of them could eat the coleslaw. My mom said it’s not as good as what it used to be. My clam chowder had so much butter in it it tasted like I was eating fat. Hardly any clams or potatoes in it just a lot of broth no flavor, my brother had you pick three, clam chowder and a drink and his bill with tax and tip was 50. I was very disappointed because I wanted to give my mom a nice birthday and it turned out stressful. We did have a nice waitress though.
