Jessica—who also happens to be a Melissa McCarthy look-alike—was truly AMAZING. From the moment she arrived, her energy, kindness, and genuine love for what she does were so clear. She went above and beyond in every way.
She played with the kids, made each of them a personalized Lobstar certificate, and made every child feel special and included. What really stood out was her patience and understanding—she didn’t mind at all that the kids paid separately, and she handled everything with such grace and positivity.
Jessica is truly a beautiful person inside and out. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job, and that joy spills over into the experience she creates for everyone around her. This was more than just great service—it was a memorable experience for our entire family.

One of the waitresses showed our children the lobster, even taking it out so they could enjoy the full Red Lobster experience. My kids were so excited! The food came out very quickly with little to no wait, and everything was fresh and served warm.
Our waitress, Olivia, was top tier. She was attentive, personable, and extremely professional. We never had to wait for water, and she remembered everything we asked for. When we were unsure about what to order, she offered her recommendations, and she was spot on.

The place and service is pretty good, although they forgot our side salad and we never got our second serving of the cheddar baked biscuits but no biggie! Our server Maddie was amazing! The food is okay depending on what you order, but unfortunately Red Lobster is not as good as it used to be. 🙁

We had the best Valentines Dinner experience we have ever had tonight. The wait was a little bit long but that is to be expected on Valentines Day. Our server Madeline made the night for us. Best server I have EVER had anywhere. She was constantly checking in with us and staggering the food out to us. This made it feel like such a valuable date night. We spent a lot of time together and had time for all the conversation and laughter. Madeline went above and beyond to make sure we were always ok. She delivered everything we asked for. Even if the food had been 3 stars (which is wasn’t) we will return again for the exceptional service from this waitress. Also they brought a live lobster around for a photo op and we both thought that was extremely cool. Madeline thank you for giving us a Valentines Dinner to remember!
